If I could give a zero I would. I went to this dealership twice to look at cars. I was mainly interested in the RS Focus. The first time was in December and was shunned off and told that I couldnt afford there cars. Out of the five sales guys standing around not one of them would help me and just stood there laughed and joked around with each other and would not give me the time of the day. From there I went and bought a Focus ST from a different dealership. The second time was last weekend. I drive by this dealership everyday and was really interested in there Focus RS that has been sitting there for the last couple months. I talked with a Garret from the Keizer skyline and he was very helpful and let me know if I was interested in the RS that he could arrange to have it brought over to Keizer for me. I didnt want to waste anyones time so stopped in at the south lot to look and sit in the RS to see if it was a car that I would be interested in. A different sales team was there this time and treated me about the same as the first time. A sales guy finally walked up to me and asked if he could help and I told him that I was interested in the Focus RS. I told him that I had an ST Focus and wanted to see if the interior was the same or not because that would be the car that I am trading in. He got an odd look on his face said it was the same and walked off. I was left standing in the middle of the show room feeling like an idiot. Well from there I went to the the Subaru dealership and was treated very friendly and left driving a new 2017 Subaru STI. Thank you Skyline for waking me up and steering me away from buying a Ford. Never judge a book by its cover. That guy that was wearing old clothes that just got off from a very long day at work was there to buy a car. Twice Edit... I met with the Managers and was treated well. I am going to leave my review as is because I feel that the treatment I received from the sales staff was not professional at all and hope it improves. But over all I was impressed that three managers made time to sit with me and discuss the issues that I had and offered to correct it. On a side note the Focus RS that I wanted to buy was bought from an employee next door, so I now get to see it everyday sitting next door.

This all happen on Jan. 28th 2017. I went here with the intention of buying a vehicle from them. I first went to the store on Commercial St. because it is closer to where I live, I drove the car, and was ready to purchase this vehicle. We went inside did some talking and they said they wouldnt be able to do it without a certain amount of cash down, but didnt even talk to me about numbers on my trade or on the vehicle for sale. I then wen to the Keizer location and almost ran into the same issue. I told them I never got to see papers or numbers on anything, then Garret, the salesman was very rude to my fiance when she asked a question about financing if everything got approved. But we proceeded with the possible deal, they did a trade appraisal of my car and asked what I wanted out of it, and I had given them an offer on the vehicle they have for sale. I then looked out the window and see my possible trade driving away! I did not give any one permission to drive my vehicle! That got me a little more frustrated about the situation. Then when the Garret came back he was rude and kept repeating himself, but they did give me an offer, I refused it. Then he proceeds to tell me that the car I was looking for had a book value of $500 less than they were asking but it did not, it was valued about $3000 less than they were asking. I explained to him about my knowledge about the brand of vehicle, and that I used to be a sales person so I knew what he was trying to do. He then wouldnt give me my key back to my vehicle since we couldnt come to a deal, so I sat for another 10 plus minutes just waiting for him to finally give me my keys back. I was not happy with my experience and I dont believe I will ever be doing any possible business with this company and I will tell future family and friends to avoid this company as well. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat a possible future customer.

Im very happy with the experience I had at the dealership in Keizer. As a college student, I have a very chaotic schedule with class and work. I was involved with a car accident just over a week ago that rendered my Subie totaled. My insurance company gave me only 3 days after totalling to use a rental car to find a replacement. I stopped by the Keizer location at about 6.30pm Thursday night, an hour and a half before closing. Phil quickly noticed me and came to offer assistance. I was really there to check out a 07 Jeep Patriot Id seen on their site. When I asked Phil about the Jeep he told me it had sold the prior day but that an 09 Jeep Patriot had just processed through the shop! He called up the other location and had them drive over the Jeep. He invited me to test drive it and I really loved it! I made the decision to buy it that night. Phil did everything he could to help me drive it home that night, but with as late as it was getting, I wasnt expecting to be able to. I came back the following morning with the paperwork I needed to give to Phils manager, Sage, to finalize the deal. Sage was also a great guy, we discussed warranty options and he worked hard to help with the financing I needed for a portion of the vehicle. While its been almost a week since I first walked into Skyline Ford in Keizer, there isnt a single negative thing I can say about my experience. These two men worked late Thursday night and were available first thing Friday morning to get me on the road in my new Jeep. Aaron did an excellent job detailing the vehicle, its spotless both inside and out. Ive recommended this place to at least 3 other friends looking for a new vehicle. Aaron, Phil, and Sage deserve their business!

I went looking for a vehicle and was referred to Skyline Ford and Don Frederickson via the Costco Car Purchase Program. Initially contacted another Don, who handed me off to Wally because Don Frederickson was unavailable. Wally took my initial information and I was contacted by Don Frederickson via email the following morning. We had several exchanges so he could understand just what I was looking for in a vehicle and financing. Approximately 4 vehicles later Don found just what I was looking for in Seattle. It was the only one equipped with what I wanted, in the region, minus one feature which required a package option with much more than I desired. The "good" rating instead of "great" on pricing is do to $200 driver fee to drive the vehicle here from Seattle, which had 659 miles at delivery because it had been traded a few times at this point. Not a complaint, just a fact. You have to do what you have to do to get what you want. We still saved money on the Costco program, even though in this day and age my personal feeling is that most things are over priced, and automobiles are no exception, so you do what you can to get what you want for the best price possible. Don is a very professional, personable, polite and likeable individual, and a pleasure to deal with. He represents Skyline Ford and Ford in general at the highest of standards, as do all of the staff at Skyline that we came in contact with. I will certainly recommend Skyline Ford to others. My experience at Skyline Ford has been one of pleasure and satisfaction and I look forward to our continued relationship. At this point there are not enough good things I can say about my experience with this purchase and those who made it a reality.
