I took my 32 travel trailer in for new tires (the factory ones were under rated unless you had an EMPTY trailer). Justin and crew had the correct rated tires and though it was unbearably hot; the tires were installed and done in a jiffy. I asked if they had checked my spare (its buried Underneath the trailer) He indicated it needed a special wrench to lower the tire; as the valve stem was pointed up and he couldnt get the gauge on it. He patiently waited as i found the wrench "still in its shipping bag. Cheerfully still; even in the extreme heat checked it and sure enough it was low so filled it up and good to go. I always feel welcome and like my business is important. I cant say enough good about this store and its personnel. I am so happy too; that Justin and crew are here in Columbia County taking care of my tire needs. Most Sincerely, Gary

I drive a pretty high-end car, a Mercedes-Benz to be exact. I find it difficult to find places that will do everything correctly and thoroughly because of how expensive parts can be to replace, but Les Scwab always does a careful, thorough job with my car. I dont feel like a bother dropping by to have my tired filled and my battery checked, they actually run out to me and ask whats up if theyre not busy in the shop. They also have the battery I needed for my car at a fraction of the cost it would have been if I had gotten it from the original dealership that it was purchased from. $225 compared to $164 at Les Scwab. You can definitely trust these guys.

I love our Scappoose Les Schwab. Fair, competitive prices and very convenient being close to home. I like to keep the money in our community, employing our neighbors, rather than a shop in Portland. Jason and Justin have always been very helpful and professional and I trust them with my BMW, Mini and Titan. As for a dog in the lobby, unfortunately I have never seen him, but how great that would have been to help pass the time.

Scappoose Service team is par excellente! And I do mean 150%. I came in for just air on somewhat wobbky tires. This service department not only pinpointed what the problem was, they insisted that I let them rotate the tires, and if course fulled them up for me. Now its time for new tures...Scappoose is the ONLY Les Schwab Ill ever cime to agsin. Boys, see you very soon! You Are Loved.

As always they are very nice and speedy about their service. They really never push you to buy anything but their prices are usually expensive for some services which is why its not a 5/5 but great tires honestly will let you pick them out yourself and whatever you need they can give you or they can order.
