Westphal Automotive has three of the best a1 auto technicians I have seen to date. I have worked on my own cars and trucks for 40 years and I know a good shop. The fellow who wrote the angry review needs to retract it quickly, he is in danger of being sued for libel. I will support Jake Westphal on this all the way. I had a check engine light that i knew the code for but there was a couple things it could have been, i payed them 45 bucks to diagnose what was wrong and they took car of what it likely was from a test, that didnt work, but when i brought it back they took care of it pretty quick, these guys also took care of some extras like filling my tires and fixing my bumper. I will definitely recommend these guys

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years now and we have never been disappointed! They charge reasonably, and do good work on our vehicles! We love them and theyre all three really great honest guys! We highly recommend them if you have any problems with your vehicles that needs fixing!!!

I believe that Jake and his crew with this shop are one of the best. They are all very nice, competent, fair, and courteous. They are very good at diagnosing, evaluating and coming up with the best most efficient and cost effective way to fix the problem at hand. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Dishonest. Had some transmission fluid added and deferential fluid changed on a 2009 BMW. Turns out the transmission fluid is still low. End up going to a different shop and pay more money for the same work that should have been done.
