Great parts and excellent customer service. I had a complicated location situation when my control valve broke. It had a lifetime warranty and WCCC went above and beyond to help me with shipping plus sending me the new replacement part before I had to send the broken one back, so I had little to no down time and was able to quickly confirm that the part was in fact a lemon. I know this control valve to be used on numerous other cars, so I was unlucky to get a bad one, but WCCC took care of me!

What great customer service!!!! I purchased a few items from WCCC less than 2 weeks ago. Do to what I feel was an honest mistake, I was sent a wrong part. One call to WCCC and I was given instructions to get the correct item and after shipping back the wrong part (at their expense), I received the correct part in a timely manner. All of this occurred in 9 business days! Not bad if you ask me. I will continue to order from WCCC and they have now become my source for classic Cougar parts.

This place is awesome. Nineteen years later, I finally restored my high school car (67 cougar) and bought everything from Don. I tried to do this "the cheap way, but it is not worth it. I lost too much money buying crappy parts elsewhere! Here you get NOS quality reproductions, and great used items. Great prices, even better customer service, and quick shipping. Thanks again, Don and by the way, my 14 year old son just bought a 67, so you will be hearing from us again soon!

Having bought a 1967 Cougar this year I have had more than a few questions and have needed a fair amount of parts trying to make it right. Don and Lin at WCCC have got to be some of the most knowledgable, patient, honest and genuinely helpful vendors I have dealt with in my over 25 years in the old car hobby. These guys are simply the best. When it comes to needing advice or parts they make me glad that I have a Cougar.

I have a 71 Mustang and could not get wiper arms for it anywhere until I came across WCCC online. I ordered them immediately and I had shipping notifications within a few hours! Great service!!! Also appreciated was the ease of navigating their site as most cougar parts can fit Mustangs in the 1971 year. They took the time to let you know which models each part fixed on their site- very user friendly!

Very good on-line catalog, ordering system, and e-mail notification. The products listed are as described. The owner - Don - is very helpful in contributing info to keep these classics on the road. They know Cougars very well and go out of their way to outline products that are Mustang in nature that can be "tweaked" to work in Cougars.
