I WENT TO EZ SMOG TO HAVE MY CAR SMOGGED. IT FAILED THE TEST. I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT OR AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT HAD FAILED. FAST FORWARD. NOT KNOWING WHERE TO TURN TO, I CALLED THE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR & FOUND OUT THAT I HAD TO GO TO A STAR CERTIFIED SMOG STATION. APPARENTLY EZ SMOG IS NOT STAR CERTIFIED & THEY WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RE-TEST MY CAR AFTER ANY NEEDED REPAIRS HAD BEEN DONE. BUT THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN THIS TO ME! I SPENT NEEDLESS TIME & MONEY THERE. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THEM TO BE UP FRONT WITH ME. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER GOING BACK THERE...STAY AWAY!

Helpful, knowledgeable, great service, the only honest SMOG place in town that I could find! Where others over-charged and didnt fix the problems in fact another shop put in faulty parts! EZ Smog found the problems fixed and replaced the parts at a reasonable price!

If I could, I would give them zero stars! Rip offs! Total rip offs! And the worst customer service in the county!
