A staff person named "Bobby" who self-identified as store manager harassed me in the parking lot, singled me out for parking near his store, and demanded I park elsewhere. Several other vehicles were parked on either side of me and no effort had apparently been made to prevent them from parking in spaces Bobby claimed belong to Advance Auto Parts. When I asked him if he would call the police if I parked in the space Bobby said yes he would. I used to be a customer of Advance Auto Parts in Clarks Summit but that is in the past now. I will do everything in my power to shop elsewhere for auto products and tell everyone I know and use social media relentlessly to share my negative experience of differential, capricious intimidation tactics employed by this alleged store manager.

Love this place all of the employees know their stuff unlike their competitor auto zone which dont know S÷÷T advance always has what Ive needed in stock except 1 time which had to be ordered which was no big deal its more important to be treated with respect than getting what I came in for this I #1 advance auto parts parts in the state

Have what you need. Easy to get to on 6+11. Need a fast check out counter. Guy stops in for a muffler bearing on a 1954 Crosley, 6 people waiting in line to pay for a quart of oil, light bulb, or a filter ....All are ready to checkout but have to wait for the crazy guy looking for some not in stock part....

It was raining hard and the Clerk went outside in the rain and changed my batteries in my truck and my wipers and did not complain one bit and was soaked I believe he went above and beyond his duties. Thanks again for the help
