Im the owner of Private Chauffeur Limousines, Ive been going to these guys for years. They always take good care of me, and my limousines. If you have questions about your vehicles these guys will always have a good answer. I have been amazed from the professionalism they have displayed in regards to my Limousines. The owners, Jason & Rocky walked me through their recommendations and provided solid reasons why I should (or shouldnt) fix certain parts. Per their recommendations, I ended up replacing the front exhaust pipes and adding dual mufflers with modifications. This was exactly what I was expecting prior to driving in. They had the work done in about an hour and I was on my way. Sometimes it can take a little longer, and cost a little more, but quality has its price. I always bring my cars to these guys when I need some intense mechanic work done. I had an issue with check engine light, and had tried over a month to get it figured out, I got tired of getting the run around and took the Cadillac Limousine to Rocky. He ordered special filters from Cadillac and what do you know problem solved. I want to spread out big props to the Mechanics working at Midas, they really care and do a good job, very good mechanics!!!!. I want to tell you about my large limousine, it was having issues with exhaust leaks since I bought it. I brought the limousine in a night before they worked on it, I left limo and put keys in drop box. The next day I got a call from Rocky, he told me the pipes under that limousine are 25 feet of piping, and they are pretty rusted. I knew I would need to change them sooner or later, so I said to Rocky lets do it! 25 feet of pipes installed and complete in less than 2 hours. Awesome!! We are summer residents in nearby Cape Vincent, NY. It can be very intimidating and stressful finding a good, reliable auto repair shop when you are far from home. After 9 years of summer residency we have finally found THE auto repair shop! I knew I could trust these guys from the moment I walked in the door. The shop and all the employees set forth an atmosphere of honesty, integrity, hard work, fun and open communication. I came in for a loud exhaust and needed an inspection done, fully expecting that I would be walking out with an entirely new exhaust system and an empty wallet. To my surprise, I was brought back to see that my exhaust pipe was split in two and could be easily fixed. However, my car did fail the inspection, needed a part that wouldnt be available until the next morning. These guys gave me a loaner PT Cruiser to use until my car was ready the next morning. My car was fixed and inspected for a very.reasonable price and most importantly, I felt I was treated with respect. Watertown Midas has earned a new lifetime customer!

I had our van inspected using a free coupon Id received from another company very close to Fort Drum and they told me it failed inspection and needed almost $4000 worth of work just to pass...I was shocked and didnt know what we were going to do because that is just a crazy amount of money. A friend recommended I contact Midas just to get a second opinion as it couldnt hurt. I called Midas yesterday afternoon and they saw me first thing this morning. Midas had their tech do a complete inspection and amazingly it wasnt nearly as bad as the first rotten place said. Yes, indeed, we did still need work done but not anywhere near the ridiculous cost or issues of the original place. Midas took care of what was needed right away and we plan on returning to get the rest of the work done soon. Thank you so much for taking great care of us and our son had a great time hanging out driving his toys around the floor and coloring while we waited. You all are wonderful!!!

We know that our vehicles require maintenance yet sometimes we seem to forget that these costs for parts and services can add up if we do not get our vehicles serviced regularly. When I weigh out the cost of a repair verses how much I rely on my car I realize that though I may not want to spend money on repairs there is no value on the safety of the lives of my passengers. I appreciate the customer service and the friendly knowledgeable staff at Midas. This was not my first visit to Midas and it will not be my last. I went in with one concern and left with several other unknown issues taken care of and piece of mind that my vehicle was serviced properly and with care. I have to say that one of my least favorite things in life is going to an auto repair shop but the people who assisted me today at Midas made it a good experience. Thank you all at Midas

The fuel pump on my truck died and I had to have my truck towed from the side of the road. I had it towed to Midas and they verified it was indeed my fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump June 2016. Since then I have had issues with the fuel sender (gauge) not working properly and the truck not taking fuel at a reasonable rate (barely trickles into the tank). I have taken it back for both issues, they "fixed" the fuel sender (it now registers but moves very slowly after filling) and claimed that there was nothing that they did that would cause the fuel not to flow into the tank at a normal rate. I have been unable to find the issue and am now looking at replacing the $900 fuel tank because it still will not take gas.

The guys at Midas are awesome! I went to them after having awful customer service at two other mechanics in Black River/Watertown. They really know how to take care of the customer. Ive brought both my cars to them multiple times and theyve done quality work at reasonable prices. Took my Subaru to the dealer and they wanted $100 to diagnose the problem. Midas took a look for free. I also got my brakes worked on by a different mechanic and they fixed the problem from his crappy installation and even gave me a discount on the labor since I had just paid for it to be done. As you can tell by other reviews and the responses, they care about customer service. Special thanks to Rocky, the manager for taking care of me.

I do a lot of shopping around before i do anything. Midas has the best prices and customer service in Watertown. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for almost 2 years now and everytime I get excellent customer service. Rocky, the manager, has always been very helpful and has always gone above and beyond to get anything I need done, whether its getting an oil change, inspections, or just overall advice he is great. Wait times are reasonable for the work that gets done. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and equally helpful. The waiting room is very clean and the environment is friendly. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Been here two times and they are offer professional services. -The first was to do some exhaust work which is hard to come by and they did an excellent job at a fair price. -The second was to fix an oil leak which was causing my belts to squeak. The midas in Albany told me that they could not find the issue. while the Midas here found it after two hours. After all that labor they put into it, they determined the cost and recommended that I cancel the work because of the high cost. Then they offered me tips to maintain the car myself. and they did all this FREE of charge. -I will be coming back here next time I need work done.
