Great Service, Those of you who are parents should appreciate my experience with Roberts Subaru. The dreaded phone call, “dad my car is broke”. Of course it’s my drama princess of a daughter who is convinced her car is broke and needs a new one. Unfortunately we didn’t buy her Subaru at Roberts, however we will be buying her next one there. On a Saturday with no appointment, I drove her car with a check engine light on and many other flashing lights. When we got to the service counter she was almost in tears. Lucky for us, Shannon was working and able to calm down “drama girl” enough to communicate with her, it was not the end of the world. Of course Shannon couldn’t diagnose the problem with the car on the spot, but did an excellent job of assuring my daughter it might not be as bad as she thinks. Even though the service department was busy that week, Shannon assured us they would at least get it in to look at it and see what the problem was. Much to my surprise she called us on Monday and informed us it was a minor issue. I asked if they could also do her inspection while they had it in the shop since it was due in 3 months. Of course, I told my daughter to take all her girly crap out of the car before we took it in, but little did a father know her registration and insurance is apparently also girly crap? Shannon assured us we could take pictures of the documents with our phone and send them to her and that would suffice. Two days later she called us to say the car was done and the final amount was exactly what she said it would be. I would like to thank the service department and Shannon especially, for helping me with a difficult situation for a young adult, who obviously can’t go a day without her car. This was my daughter’s first experience with car trouble, I couldn’t be happier how everything was handled. First class experience. Thank you to the whole Roberts Subaru team. A.R. Meyer

100% professionalism!!! I decided to lease a 2017 Subaru Outback and the feedback that I had from the Roberts Subaru personnel, was extremely accurate and precise. Ms. Lindsey Hackman (Internet Team) was magnificent in answering all my questions (there were a lot of them!) along with providing very competitive pricing, in coordination with Mr. Greg Slye (Sales Manager). The whole experience was extremely satisfactory as everything was in place for me to lease the vehicle before I showed up at the dealership. As soon as the vehicle was delivered to Roberts Subaru, an appointment was set to sign all the necessary documents and pick up the Outback. Mr. Nicholas Detterline (Sales & Leasing Consultant) was very helpful in accommodating the leasing process and showing to me all the necessary details regarding vehicle operation and safety. Even when we came across an unexpected situation, Mr. Anthony Bruenderman (Business Manager) and Mr. Slye both intervened and made sure that the issue was resolved with no further complications. This wouldn’t be possible without their assistance. In the end, Mr. Slye explained to me the whole leasing process and all the legal documents that needed to be signed. I would definitely recommend Roberts Subaru for purchasing/leasing a Subaru vehicle. The Sales and Internet Teams are amazing!!! Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed by the level of sincerity this dealership showed me. I can honestly say this is what persuaded me to make my decision to purchase a new Subaru. Chad Vail was upfront and honest with me every step. I felt a level of trust with every communication, by email and phone. He understood what was the most important to me and worked with me on my trade. I went to 3 other Subaru dealerships. Chad was the only one who called me and sent an email the day after visiting Roberts Subaru. Its this detailed level of customer service that I find deserving of my business. The financing and paperwork went very smoothly. Greg Slye did an excellent job explaining to me everything before I signed any paper. He made me feel just as comfortable during this process. I hope the owner of Roberts Subaru recognizes the level of professionalism Chad and Greg bring to his team. I will continue to use Roberts Subaru for all my maintenance needs in the future! We are a Subaru family and I’ve been bringing both my Subaru to Robert’s for many years, the people are friendly and knowledgeable and always take great care of my automobiles. The one time I didn’t take my car there, there was a big mishap and the mechanics at Robert’s caught it thankfully. From now on, only Robert’s will work on my Subaru. I would like to make an update. This past week I brought my car for my yearly inspection and it needed a part that had to be ordered, they did call but I missed the call and went there to pick up my car, my ride already left but Dan Peluso who I have known for many years and has always gone the extra mile to satisfy his customers came through and gave me a loaner at no extra cost. Thank you Dan, its because of people like you that keeps me coming back to Roberts Subaru time and time again.

Everyone at Roberts Subaru was great to work with. Their sales staff is professional and very respectful. It was truly a no pressure or no hassle experience from beginning to end. I worked directly with Alex Todd, who could be one of the best auto sales rep Ill ever work with. He was extremely understanding and a nice guy. I felt like a valued customer anytime I corresponded with Alex. He always took my phone calls and answered my emails in a timely manner. While the paperwork was being finalized he thoroughly reviewed all the features of my Impreza Sport. Not many other dealerships offer this level of service. I strongly recommend Alex and Roberts Subaru for your next vehicle purchase.

Dont just buy a Subaru. Buy a Subaru from Roberts. From the minute I met my salesman, Nick Detterline, I knew I was in good hands. I wanted a specific car in a specific color with specific options and he went out of his way to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. He communicated with me every step of the way and was honest and thorough. When I arrived to do my paperwork the business manager, Anthony Bruenderman, made the process easy and effortless. I got a fantastic deal. Nick was great when it came to explaining how all the features of the car work as well. Roberts, specifically Nick and Anthony, provided a perfect car buying experience. Ive been a Roberts Subaru customer for several decades. The service managers Dan and Paul are helpful, polite and courteous as are the rest of the staff. Everyone remembers you upon your return, which is a nice small town feeling thats difficult to replicate. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and the coffee is good too. As a bonus these guys always try to save you a few bucks on repairs, which is almost unheard of for a service department. All in all great folks and great service.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance to replace recalled airbag. Worst experience ever! Repair should have taken 1 hr 45 min, per recall notice. Nine and a half hours later, the vehicle hadnt been touched, and they wanted to keep it an extra day, and best of all, NO LOANERS. What a joke! No updates throughout the day, and no apology for the BS. Would give it ZERO stars, but you have to at least give one to give a review.
