Do not trust this place with your vehicle!!..I took my car there for an oil change and suddenly I developed an over heating issue. I brought it back the next day and the manager called himself checking it out outside of the shop in the parking lot. He took off my main coolant cap and poured a container of fluid in it and said my car should be fine now. I went to one destination and parked it and as soon as I went to leave to head home for the night with my son, I made it two miles and my car shook outrageously and broke down on the side of the road. I called the manager and now he refuses to check it out again or take any responsibility. He said that since I stood there and watched him touch my car unprofessionally in the parking lot, instead of following proper procedure, then whatever happened isnt his fault at all.I ended up spend almost $1000 for repairs from a trusted shop Firestone. Midas has horrible management and does not do the work you came for properly.I would not reccommend this place to anyone!! Save your vehicle by not allowing Midas to do or fix anything, you will regret it!!

Eva is the epitome of excellent customer service! All leaders and trainers need to study her and Stefans work ethic and Customer service execution. They are masters if not experts on the craft! They took care of us like people, answered all our questions and went above and beyond ALL expectations! Stranded in MD/DE Eva called us a Rental and even gave Hotel suggestions and gave us Directions and time to get our bearings before taking everything out of the car. Ive never felt so at peace in a Bad Situation. Eva is the greatest addition and higher Midas has had in the front desk ever and Stefan is the Robin to her Batman.Eva even went out of her way to drive us to Avis herself!! Also they met us halfway on the payment process so that we could have the car fixed today!! Their turn around time is amazing too! A week or less for my engine! I would trust them with my kids or my bank account. Great people, I pray God blesses both of them for all their days and in all they do!

Committed to excellent customer service! Ha what a joke! Not a bad word what so ever about the mechanic but the owner a whole other story! I asked for a price on a oil change for particular vehicle and I guess the owner made a mistake but I still gave the price it was his fault. Now this was over a quart of oil if that!! Normally I go to NTB in Glasgow and they do everything for. 19.99 and I take in my own quart of Lucas to use and this replaces a quart. So I thought I would stop in Midas and ask if I brought my own quart could they do it and they way the owner acted was unbelievable, rude, nasty. I will tell everyone I know and everyone they know do not take your car to this place! This is not good customer service or even the way to talk to someone!!! Remember one thing word of mouth is your best advertisement and I got a lot to say!!! NTB five minutes up the road and no tax!!!!

Best place in town. All of my coworkers go here. They take you inside the garage to show you whats wrong with your car, which I really appreciate. Additionally, they do not push any "extras" onto you like the Jiffy Lube and Meineke. The work is excellent quality and they care about maintaining their reputation. I have had nothing but friendly, professional interactions with everyone who works there.

Dean Mays did the most amazing work on my car! He was quick, courteous, patient, very friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done very politely. If it werent for him, I would not have my car. I cant thank him enough. He is by far the greatest mechanic ever! Its a wonder why he isnt working for Dover downs. Thanks again Beaner!

Will never return. Got an oil chanfe tire rotation. Had a person who is not a certified technician nor an employee working on my car.??? You pay for a certified tech to work on your car and here they dont do that. The workers knew he wasnt an employee but he worked on my car and the manager did nothing when i complained.

Ive taken 2 different cars here. One they told me what was wrong i bought the part then took it somewhere else whhen i was told that what midas told was not what was wrong with my car. My other car ii paid them to fix it and they never fixed the problem after they told me it was fixed

Been there prior for oil change, tire rotation and exhaust repair. Had no problems returning to have exhaust welded in a spot they missed. Didnt like the last time when they couldnt rotate tires because of cross thread but left lug nuts lose. Not owners fault but worker bee.

Dropped off my car for $99 brakes and got a call 2 hours later with a quote of $855.45. After telling Mark the owner that i couldnt afford it I went to pick up my car. They then charged me $19.95. There where no signs telling me about this charge anywhere. Dont go Here!!

I have been going to Elkton Midas for years. I even got to know Mark the owner. I have always got a fair deal. No extras have ever been pushed. Mark makes it a point to be out in the shop to know whats going on. That says a lot. This is the place to trust.

This place held me up in the office for 25 mins just to tell me that their tire machine couldnt do a low pro tire after trying to charge me 67 dollars for 2 tires. Place is a joke
