I had an excellent experience at Mighty Auto Center recently. I brought in my motorcycle for an inspection. I scheduled it via the phone and Ron answered and was very helpful and respectful. I brought it in and left, and had a phone call within the hour letting me know it had failed due to not having rear reflectors. He told me where I could get them cheap and I returned the next day at opening and slapped them on and was good to go in the next 10 minutes. I also got emails with the inspection report upon failure and passing, which was nice to have digitally for record-keeping. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back with any other vehicles that need servicing/inspections.

Horrible! I have went to these guys a few times within the past 10 years and it is ALWAYS the same, literally. They give you an estimate for a job then say "something broke so it is going to be more than we thought." SCAMMERS!!! They did the same to everyone I know! For example, a simple front end alignment on a 1990 Nissan...$420, repaired exhaust on a 1997 Land Rover Discovery....$450! My brother is a Maryland State Trooper and he said they receive at least 2 complaints per month for this place but because it is not a "criminal offense," they cannot do anything. They have a record with the Better Business bureau due to filed complaints. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Professional CON-ARTISTS!

Called them to see how much to replace my exhust, and they said it was a few hour job and with the rate at $85 a hour he said about $300. Thats crazy at most it takes a hour and is not difficult. So i bought a jack and jack stands and did it my self in a afternnon for $ 170 (for jack)

I have taken several different vehicles here. Each for different things. I have to say they are the only shop that I trust for exhaust work. They can fix anything cheaper than any other place I could find. You cant beat their quality of fix. They fix for the long haul!

The guys here really know what they are doing and make it a family environment. My 2007 Dodge Ram was in terrible shape but they fixed it for a good price and its never ran better. I will always recommend people to go here for the best service around.

Taken two cars there with muffler/exhaust problems. The guys are honest and nice to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. Service is quick and they have a night drop off box if you cant there during their hours. Would definitely recommend.
