These guys are the greediest guys in the business!! On Thursday, I offered a deposit on a car that was negotiated with one of the owner - sales manager: Tommy, on a used 2002 Honda Accord. At first he was kind enough to not except a deposit and offered to hold the car for me under my name . There was a huge snowstorm on its way for the upcomming weekend which he was aware of. He said he would follow up with me on Monday afternoon the storm to schedule a pick up date. Monday rolls around and I never heard back from Tommy as promised. I called up the dealership and spoke to his brother Joe who informed me 5hat they sold the vehicle already to another out-of-town cash buyer. At this time, I was all set with my financing, ready to schedule pick up of the vehicle. You can imagine the major disappointment on my face after learning that this dealership does not own up to their word what so ever. I would never ever do business with a nonethical organization as Minooka Subaru!! Do not walk, but run away from this dealership. I have been involved in over 20 car purchases before in my lifetime and have never been treated like this before.......

This dealership didnt even remotely try to get me a car loan. I spoke with their "finance counselor" who basically told me my credit wasnt good enough (not bad credit but I dont have a lot of credit) to secure a loan pretty much anywhere. It was a very disheartening and disappointing experience, would not recommend, & I would not ever go back there. I need a car, a good car, and Ive had the same job for 5 years. You think THAT would mean something. Nope. I went to wyoming valley subaru in kingston the next day and was set up with a salesman who got me approved after working on it for about a week. I managed to get pre approved with my y credit union at a better interest rate and got a beautiful cerified pre owned subaru legacy from WVM. I am extremely grateful for all they did for me at WVM subaru and extremely disappointed with the lack of work that was done on my behalf at minooka. Take your business elsewhere.

I took in our car today to get serviced by around 8:30am and there were plenty of people in front of me. Usually when you are at an auto place to get your car serviced people become impatient and irritable from waiting or having unexpected things come up and its reflected by customers and rubbed off on the staff. There was no sign of that here and it was a great atmosphere all around. The staff was very respectful and forthright about what they saw in our car, what they recommended, and how much it would cost. I never felt that they were charging me for something that was unnecessary or taking longer than they should. If you have a Subaru I definitely recommend taking it here! Thank you for taking care of the car today despite all the people and for great service!

Had our 05 Outback towed there after a breakdown over the holidays. They looked at it as soon as they opened the Monday following Christmas. Figured out what was wrong in a matter of hours, had the parts and fixed in a few days. They negotiated with Subaru to pay for the whole thing, even though our car was out of warranty. Picked my husband up at the Trailways station when he went to pick up the car (were from NYC). Super great service, much better than we expected. Also, car is running great now, better than ever! Thanks guys!

I just purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Minooka Motors. I was extremely pleased with the deal they offered which was better than anything I could find closer to home. They are honest in their dealings which is rare in the car business. Their salespeople do not work on commission. I traveled 150 miles each way to conclude the purchase. They were very helpful in completing all the paperwork, titles, insurance, etc. Very nice friendly and professional staff. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

I was recently looking to purchase a new car. I am new to the area and despite hearing from others that the people at Minooka were rude, I decided to give them a try. They werent just rude. Ignorant is a better word. They were arrogant and dismissive. They seemed to think that because I am an older single woman they couldnt be bothered. The manager actually stood over me and in a derogatory tone said: "I dont have to sell you a car.". Well he was right. I now own a Honda and I would send my worst enemy to Minooka.

Friendly and professional. They seem like they actually care about their customers. It is still a dealer so you still pay a higher price for service than you would at some other places. Too bad there wasnt a way to get both lowest price and best service. Their sales people are really good too. Not crazy pushy like some other dealers, definitely the best place to get a Subaru in NEPA. Sales they actually do have the best price in the area. At least that was my experience when I was shopping/negotiating.

Great service here: my daughter and her friend were on their first road trip. Tire and rim blew out on 81 and they were towed here. Repair and customer service people were super helpful and nice, the car was repaired quickly and well...and they even fed them ( I wouldnt expect lunch when you come for a repair, but I appreciated the care they took with two young people).

Recently purchased a Subaru and asked the service department to thoroughly look over the car to see if anything was wrong with it. They failed to tell me about the axle that would need to be replaced even though they admitted to knowing about it. After the sail went through they said, "sorry about the miscommunication" no offer to make it right

This is the best dealership in the area! It is family run and as a buyer they make you feel like party of the family. They were very informative about the car but not pushy. I have bought 3 cars from them and will continue to buy from them in the future. I highly recommend stopping here first and last if you are looking for a new or used car.

The service was excellent my father just got his new outback on a trade in with a Hyundai Tucson and the guys here were very adamant about helping him with finding the right car the guy to go to is Tom hes a really good guy great personality and caring about his customers thank you Tom and thank you Subaru Moosic for the excellent service

All of the cars I have driven have been Subarus purchased from Minooka Subaru. The sales dept is great and always gives me the best deal that they can. The service dept is the best in the area because they care about the customers and always ensure that my repairs are safe. I will never shop or get my car serviced anywhere else.

Very nice, while my car got its recall fixed there was snacks in the waiting area and after getting bored i went out to the lot to look at a couple cars, and was given the keys to some cool cars so i could get a closer look, if you want to buy a subaru id buy it from here
