Saunders not only met me expectations they blew them away. I scheduled an inspection for later in the day because I had plans in the morning. After my plans fell through I contacted Saunders and asked them if I could bring my car in early. They had no problem with that. The amazing part came after I handed the key’s over. They offered to give me a ride back to my apartment so I would not have to wait. You have to ask yourself, how often has an auto shop offered to drop you off so you don’t have to wait? Once they inspected the vehicle they called me with the list of necessary repairs, and items that were not necessary, but should be monitored for repair. It’s so nice to have an auto repair shop take the time and explain everything and make sure that you understand all of the repairs that they are doing and you are comfortable with them. The price is exceptional when you consider the amount of quality service, pleasantness of the staff and the speed with which repairs are made. Topping the cake for all of this was the thank you card that I received in the mail for my patronage. It was hand written and did not attempt to lure me back by any discount. In other words it did not try to kiss my you know what; it was a sincere thank you. So if you want great service at a wonderful price use Saunders.

Went here to take pictures with my model in front of the seafoam VW van that is always parked there. My model noticed the keys were in it and all the windows were down so we went over and asked if she could sit in it for pictures, he said no.I had a camera in each hand, she was all dressed up, did he really think we were gonna try to steal it or something? So I asked him if it was ok if we took pictures around it and he said NO???! to two young attractive girls. Little does he know we were already taking pictures in front of it. But that guy was a straight up dick. This shop is much closer to my house but Ill stick to Gallaghers in malvern next time i have trouble.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Tony. Ive been taking my cars there for over 5 years. Hes probably the most honest mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Hes great at explaining what the issue is, and never suggesting any unnecessary work. True story: one time my total ended up being $20 more than the estimate (for a valid reason, extra parts or labor I believe), I totally didnt mind and paid over the phone, and he left a $20 bill in my car when I picked it up after hours. Integrity like that is hard to find, and Ill be a Saunders Auto customer for life!

I have been here twice in the last 6 months and had a great experience both times. - basic oil change and inspection. - they were able to resolve a 2 year old issue with a gas smell coming from my vehicle after another Garage performed work on my car which created the smell. Multiple auto places could not find the problem while Saunders found the problem and fixed it. Smell gone since the repair! I will not hesitate recommending them in the future.

Once a good, honest auto shop, Saunders has made a graceless fall. We took our cars to them for years and then as their lot filled up with cars, they lost their way. They missed basic problems, from leaking transmission fluid lines to failing brakes to poorly installed parts. Tony, the owner, smiles and seems to try his best, but the proof is in the results. There are many good mechanics in the region: Saunders is not one of them. Avoid.

I love how informal this place is. Its not the cheapest place Ive ever been to, but they never waste my time, which is ultimately more valuable. I ask for auto work. He gives me an estimate and a time. I either agree or decide to put it off. If I agree they do the work. No muss, no fuss. This is what I call professionalism.

Upfront prices, great - friendly service personnel - My wife and I have been going to Saunder since 1999 - we trust them because they are honest and trustworthy. If you live in or near Phoenixville, PA and need your car or truck serviced - take it to Saunders.
