Update12/16/16 Went for a oil change. I was told battery should be replaced and the back tires are cupping and should be realigned. I took the car to the dealership for a 2nd opinion 2 miles down the road right after. They said the battery was 100% fine and the wear on the back tires was normal road wear. I called to tell the store and they pretty said they were correct anyway..... I really need to stop going here lol ----- July 2016 Used to be great. I went down hill after the store manager changed. They have no time management skills, they take on to much work and cant complete it on time . Even if you tell them what time you need it done by and drop it off the night before and schedule a week ahead of time. They will fail. This has happened about 3-4 times. I complain and get a free oil change every time. If everyone did this they would be out of business.

I have had service now at this location for about 6 years and I must say that their work has always been excellent and well priced. The only thing keeping me from rating them with 5 stars is that if you have only one vehicle and need to "wait" for your work they are often slow and not able to keep pace. If you have at least a second vehicle or access to other transportation and can leave the vehicle, then no problems. Just if you have to wait in the area and walk down the street to the Wendys or Chick-Fil-A to wait, they often have an out-of-sight out-of-mind problem. Just today I had work that they said they could do in 2-3 hours and I scheduled my car for work at 7am. By 9:30 am they still hadnt started looking at the vehicle.

When I came in for a simple oil change, the man at the counter told me that since the dealer recommended the top of the line synthetic oil, he couldnt give me anything else. Despite the fact that I do not drive a nice car and Ive gotten super cheap oil every other time. Ridiculous!!

Got some heavy duty tires put on my work truck and these guys are the best in the business and did a great job and were quick and have good customer service.

Twice Ive got my oil changed Ive waited longer than 4 hours and I was waiting for the car. I will never go here again, not worth the hours of waiting.
