The staff has the ability to be friendly and provide great customer service. But sadly it doesnt. My alternator went and my garage was 2 miles down the street so I had to get my battery charged here so it had enough juice to make it there. I dont know anything about cars not have tools, and my car was sitting dead in the parking lot and they would not come out to help me take it out. If I bought something they would have gladly done it. But instead, someone else that heard me in the store came out and said they had tools in their truck and would help me. Calling them d***s for not helping me out in anyway.

Two of the employees here have tried to help me out. A woman was very nice and helpful, although she was limited because she was the only employee there at the time. I went in again the same day for further help with my issue. The male I spoke with seemed very disinterested, felt like I was being rushed and didnt really enjoy my time. Overall, neither of them were able to fully help me out as it turns out I need a new windshield.
