I knew what vehicle I wanted to purchase so, armed with my nerves (it’s been a while since I bought a vehicle) and the USAA Car buying certificate, my hubby & I walked into the Price Honda dealership in Dover. We were directed to Dave Czepukaitis (who taught us how to pronounce his last name coupled with cabbage patch arm dance moves! BTW Dave – I spelled your last name correctly without looking it up) who assisted us with the transaction from start to finish. Dave was professional, friendly, provided us with AWESOME customer service, and most importantly: he was transparent. He took us on a test drive, explained all features of the vehicle we were purchasing, honored the price quoted on the certificate, and showed us (yeah, he turned his monitor so we can see) the payment calculation worksheet. Once Dave’s part of the process was completed, we sat down with Ricky Havelow (Finance Manager) without leaving Dave’s cubicle. Ricky explained all the other options (insurance, equipment protection, warranty information etc.) to us thoroughly. He was very professional and treated us well throughout the financial transaction portion. By the time we were finished, it was close to 9 pm and we were the only people left in the building. Both Dave & Ricky made sure that I drove home with my new 2015 Honda CRV EX. Well, Ricky said the cashier had left for the day so the vehicle was my receipt. Kidding aside, we were so happy that the transaction went so well and that although it took a few hours, it didn’t bother us because Dave & Ricky made sure that we were satisfied and happy. They are assets to Price Honda and we are glad to have come across such professionals who take pride in what they do. Thank you so much!!!

August 9, 2016 My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Honda Pilot from Price Honda. I am not sure which we were most impressed with, the high quality, smooth & quiet riding Pilot, or the fantastic personal service we received. We were interested in the Pilot and asked to discuss the vehicle further with a very personable sales person we had purchased from in the past, Dwayne Stevens. I won’t include all the details of our experience working with him, but were once again impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of all the vehicles we considered, and the high level of comfort we felt as he answered all our questions and provided further insight into our decision making. During some of the few down times throughout the purchasing process, Mr. Stevens assisted us in addressing some actions we needed to take with two of the other Hondas we previously purchased at Price. It was evident that he was well respected at the dealership and had an excellent rapport with all of the other staff we had the opportunity to meet. Because our “new” Pilot is so road worthy and ideal for our needs, it may be a little while before we meet Mr. Stevens to purchase another vehicle, but we will be recommending his service and Price Honda to everyone we know who is looking for a reliable vehicle and the best experience possible for their next purchase. We were recently caught up in the Volkswagen TDI debogle. So after returning our 2012 Jetta back to our local VW dealer for restitution, we decided to come back home to Honda. My wife and I have bought many new Hondas from Price Honda over the years. Actually my first was a new Civic in 1980. Our sales consultant Dwayne Stevens assisted us in our purchase of a 2009 EX-L Honda Odessey eight years ago. Dwayne did such an outstanding job with us that we never forgot it. So when we decided to purchase a new 2017 CRV Touring we made it a point to return to Price Honda. Actually the main reason we shop at Price Honda now is Dwayne. He is extremely knowledgeable of the products and made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. Dwayne cares about his customers and was ready to help us in anyway he could to make the experience of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. We originally wanted an EX-L and then after getting one in for us we decided to go with the Touring model instead. This was never a problem or an issue. Dwayne found the vehicle we wanted in no time. The car industry can get a bad wrap sometimes and at times deservedly so. However, Dwayne is not your typical car salesman, he is professional, courteous, careing and is actually a good guy. Best car buying experience!!! The staff at Price Honda is amazing. The lease on our Honda was almost up and we had been shopping for the 2016 Honda Pilot Touring model. Other dealers kept giving us the run around because they would quote us a price, we would accept and I guess other people were willing to pay more so they would get the car and we would get told some wacky story. It got to the point where we had to call Corporate Honda and well that put an end to that. After such treatment we decided to speak to other dealers until we found Price. Dwayne was our sales rep and he provided outstanding service. Not only did Dwayne get us an amazing deal, he had all the paperwork ready when we got there. We had to pay for excess mileage and they even spoke with Honda and reduced the amount that I had to pay. We left our leased car with them and they handled everything including the final inspection since we turned in the car a month before lease was up. We cant express what a great and hassle free experience we had. When other car dealers try to pressure you to get accessories and protections and all these other things you really do not need, there was none of that at Price- just OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU PRICE AND THANK YOU DWAYNE!!!!

We recently purchased a vehicle with the help of our sales person Josh Nairn (who was referred to us by someone else). We were interested in two different vehicles. Josh took the time to talk with us about each individual vehicle, printed off material for us to read, and encouraged us to take a test drive in each vehicle. He impressed us with his friendliness, professionalism, and no-pressure qualities. After talking about everything with Josh we said we would think about it overnight and call in the morning. Our experience in the past with other dealerships is that this is when the pressure starts to buy something right then and there before we leave. Josh wasnt like that at all. He completely understood and encouraged us to take the time to consider each vehicle. We called Josh the next morning to tell him our decision and set a time for us to finalize the paperwork and pick the vehicle up. When we arrived on a very snowy morning, we didnt see the vehicle on the lot. To our surprise, Josh had moved the vehicle into the detail shop so it wouldnt be covered with snow. :-) What great customer service! We would highly recommend Josh to everyone!
