they accept too many appointments than they can keep up with in a reasonable amount of time and walk ins seem to take priority over customers who made appointments. If you are the poor soul who brings your car in for unknown mechanical trouble expect it to be diagnosed with the worst case scenario problem requiring a super expensive repair job or else your car wont pass future inspection and/or you may die withing minutes of leaving their shop if its not taken care of there and then. A routine oil change that should take maybe 15-20 minutes take roughly an hour. I am an idiot for going there as often as I have. For $18.99 its hard to argue that price.

About 4 years ago, I couldnt have been happier with the service here. Something has most definitely changed. I went in for a simple tire patch, nothing crazy. First of all, it took several minutes for anyone to even look up to see they had a customer. Second, when I was finally greeted as a person who might be a customer, I was given a straight "we dont have time." Really? Even if you said it would be several hours I would have gladly left the tire with you since I explained it was already off the vehicle. Instead I went elsewhere and the fleet of trucks I maintain will also. Goodluck Monro.

I made an appointment on-line for a muffler. I entered the make, model and year of the truck. they responded with an appointment time. I drove more then 1/2 hour to get there and was told "Sorry, I don;t have a muffler for you car". I wasted a half a day, had my wife drive down to pick me up and got nothing accomplished. Totally incompetent, inept and lacking in understanding or any desire to be helpful. Do not waste you time with this place.

The guy in the office is a criminal, he charges too much, and very unfair . When my brake light came on he told me I needed to flush the brake fluid which he was charging 91$. When I took my car to northeast Philadelphia, the guy was very honest to tell me that nothing wrong with the fluid, I just need to make sure the gas tank is close tight. I was glad that I didnt play Monro muffler no mind. I even regret changing my air filter for 25$.

Went in for oil change and to have spark plugs and front end looked over. Came out with a hole in my radiator and car overheats now, the coolant pours right out of my car now and it didnt do that before this. I was there 2 hours as the person doing this was distracted by a flat tire that came in and stopped to take care of that. Will not be going here again.

Go some place else, dont waste your time... Ive dealt with them a few times and they are by far the slowest. Had an appt at 1100, showed up at 1045. Still didnt get my vehicle in until 1147 sat an hour waiting. This is may last time going there its a headache every time. They they try to sell you a part you dont need for an ungodly marked up price

I was quoted 350 for parts and labor after I was told I couldnt bring in my own parts to have put on. This is the only place Ive ever been to that doesnt allow this kind of thing to happen, seriously not worth my time and ended up spending only $93 for front rotors and pads at advanced auto parts. Cancelled my appointment for tomorrow.

It took them two hours to change twould tires. They severely damaged my wheels, and installed my directional tires backwards. Asked them to remove the bolts on my muffler flange. They broke the studs off. I will NEVER trust them again. Go to Mansfield Exxon instead.

This place should be shut down they damaged our van and took advantage of disabled people .... There are dishonest and are just discussing I suggest anyone who wants to go here take your car someplace else before they damage your car too so they can make money
