This is THE WORST store ever. Since I have moved near this store, I have gone there twice and had to call them several times. The staff is of no help at all. One woman on the phone kept giving me attitude because she couldnt find the part I needed even when I gave her the part number from their site. One guy was spitting (seed?) shells into a makeshift cardboard spit bucket while trying to help me find a part, and didnt even bother to see if it was at another store until I asked. THE WORST STORE EVER.

I cant say enough positive things about this store. Every time I have gone in to get something for my car the employees have been incredibly helpful - offering deals and discounts, advice on what to buy based on their personal use of the products and they take the time to explain why they prefer it. A+ service.

I was trying to price some parts and needed to actually see the part to match it up for my vehicle but the counter girl was very rude to me, after asking for the next parts i needed she got an attitude. I will drive to the other stores next time.

I was made to feel like I was a burden even tho I just wanted my battery tested. Once the battery tested as dead there was no option provided for replacement or offer to jump so we could leave. Will NOT be returning to this one
