When I left work this evening I found out I had a flat tire. I threw on the spare intending to go pay a bunch of money I didnt want to spend on a new one. A coworker suggested I get the tire patched. As I neared Aquia Auto Repair Center I decided to see how much it would cost for them to do the patch job instead of trying to find one of the big auto/tire repair chains. I was completely blown away by the service!!! Both Mario and Juan were unbelievably helpful! When I first pulled in I thought at best I would get a day and time to bring my car back to have the tire looked at, but I got it looked at, repaired AND mounted right then and for less than I ever expected to pay!! These guys are now my "go to guys" if I ever have car trouble and Im suggesting anyone I know take their car troubles to them as well!

Let me just say, it is extremely difficult to find a honest mechanic. However, after 2 years of going to them I must say that they have been nothing but upfront and honest with me. I never feel as though they are trying to rip me off. There have been countless situations where I have been unsure of a part and they show me the price tag and exactly the process they will use to install the part. Also, I have been given different quotes on parts so I can see what part they are actually going to install. I guess I say all that to say is that I truly enjoy the customer service there and will keep coming back. I cant give 5 stars because Im not sure I am sold on the cost of labor for some jobs.

Arrived for an estimate on damage to my vehicle. First gentlemen I encountered told me he would be right with me and left. So I stood there waiting. When the gentleman behind the counter got off the phone he asked if he could help me. I explained I needed an estimate for collision repair damage, he told me I needed the first man and that "he would be right back in like 2 minutes or less" then asked me to have a seat while I waited. After waiting 45 minutes without the first fellow returning I decided to go somewhere else.

In addition to their outstanding work, they go above and beyond to help you when you need major repairs. They care more about providing you with affordable care care and not adding any nonsense other mechanics have done to me. They are HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY!!

Be careful if your a female and decide to get car service from Aquia Auto. They like to charge twice as much if your a women and they be careful if you get oil changes from this place.
