Hopefully this is the right place to write the review. I used their car wash this morning and it did a terrible job. After paying $12.00 for the deluxe service, I expected that my car would come out cleaner than when it went in. Unfortunately, it did not. Bird poop, dirt, etc. still on my car. (Note: this isnt a review on their automotive services, which Im sure are just swell. This is just a review about their car wash service.)

Ive been taking my cars and trucks to Schmitz for over 15 years. They have saved me thousands over going to dealerships and other shops. The work is always good. But the best part is the knowledge of the service staff in identifying what is happening with the vehicles and what may need to be done in 6 months or a year in the future depending on normal wear and tear.

Prices are fine, but the staff work in tiger mart is aweful. Cashier doesnt greet at all, and when I told him hi, he didnt respond. I said thank you, still no respond. At the end Byeeee!!, and i didnt get any response!!! This cashier works after midnight, and he is very mean. They should replace him with someone who at least smiles, not like this mean guy.

They used to have a touchless carwash here but have since "upgraded" to one with spinning clothes and jets. Prices have gone up just a bit. You have to buy the car wash ticket inside or use cash (bills under 10$) at the car wash entrance. Be sure youre all set since there is a long driveway/path way entrance to the car wash and cant just leave the line.

I accidentally left a chrome book on the desk at checkout, but didnt realize it for several hours. However, they saw it, set it aside, communicated with me about it, and delivered it safely back into my hands the next morning. Additionally, my car repairs were done quickly and well. I definitely recommend this business!

I was being followed while I shopped as if I was going to shoplift and the cashier was horrible. Didnt greet me (greeted other customers) , or anything and made me feel like my presence was an annoyance. Very rude and disrespectful not coming back; racism is in the air.

Rockstar signage in the window, only 2 of the odd varieties in the whole store. Cashier just stared blankly when I suggested that they shouldnt advertise something they dont really carry. Seems to be par for the course in this area. Oh well.

Just tried stopping by. The store was locked and the attendant was just in there doing absolutely nothing. He was extremely rude. Shop and get your gas elsewhere, because clearly even wanting to do business here, you cant.

This place is kept very clean and organized. The service is great, and they have quite a large selection of food and drinks, but dont sell Powerball tickets. And DC Capitals hockey star, Ovechkin, has been spotted here!

Car wash was awful - after using the car wash I ran my finger across the length of the car and it came up brown with dust. Bird poop stains remained on the windshield and sides of the car

The auto shop will happily shuttle you to and from your home if you have up your car for repair. However the car wash here is not very thorough.
