Today started stressful for me...I needed to take my mom to a doctors appointment in Woodbridge from Upper Marlboro, Md...and my air condition in my car was not working. Her appoint was at 10 and we left early because of the weather and when we got to Woodbridge we stop at Midas at Metro Plaza and Erin and Lowell was very helpful in helping me with my car issues....these two techs took my car and serviced it providing me with details as they continue to see whats wrong. To top that off my mom still had to get to her appt. the owner offer to drop her off while I wait for my car. When I say EXCELLENT and above customer service...thank you Midas Team (Erin, Lowell, Brianne and Owner) you turn my stress into a blessing! Thank you Team. Stress to Blessing RLA/Upper Marlboro, MD

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 20 point inspection. When I looked over the paperwork the guy that worked on my car checked didnt check fluid levels or inspect NY brakes like he had stated in the paperwork. When I called and let them know the oil change didnt do much to help my car and the mechanic didnt do the 20 point inspection they gave me a free oil change. Less then a month after getting serviced Im now having brake problems because the mechanic didnt do their job. Dont take your car here, they either dont care about repeat business or just dont care about doing quality work. Spend your money and time on people that enjoy what they do.

I have been going there for many years and now their mechanics are just out to get your money! I took my car in for brake service and inspection. I was quoted a price going out the door. Then Another mechanic decided to call me and say that I needed engine mounts and that I could not get my car unless I paid 700.00 more for the service. I was stuck... Never going back ! I checked with the dealer and was told the new mounts were not needed!!!

New management I previously reviewed this Midas while Troy was the manager. I was sad to learn he had moved on, but I have been very pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service under the new regime. Ive been down a couple of times now for fairly simple issues, but with some slight complications that theyve been very helpful with finding alternatives and workarounds for...all very fairly priced as well

Had an old serpentine belt replaced. One week later the "new" belt failed on me. Obviously they did not replaced anything and was betting the old belt would last longer than it did. I took it back and they replaced the belt again at no charge. They had no explanation for the new belt failing after 1 week. The other Midas shop in Woodbridge seems to have a better reputation.

Brought my car in because it would not go into park position ,they diagnosed the problem and did the repairs within a couple of hours mind you I had gone to 2 auto body shops and the didnt even guarantee the could have it ready today! Aaron was very helpful hes a newly promoted manager, he carries himself well very respectful young man no doubt he will be very successful

I came here to get my tires changed. I got on the road and I felt a shake in the front axle. Couldnt tell what side. I came back and they were very polite, professional, and personable all at the same time. They ended up fixing it in about twenty minutes. It was unfortunate that I had the issue but the service here is great. I would definitely come back again.

Always helpful, doing a good job. I dont feel overcharged or pushed to spend money, which happened at a mechanics before. I recommend calling ahead though, because it can get busy, and there isnt really anywhere to go to wait (mc donalds nearby I guess?) - I mean there is a waiting room with a tv and some magazines, Im just not that into gossip tv.

Been going here for a couple years for oil changes, mounting + balancing, breaks, and routine maintenance. Never had a problem, staff is always courteous and helpful. Always willing to show me the issues or diagnosis. Would suggest for anyone who needs basic maintenance and quick turn around. Car has never had to be there longer than a day.

Personality is non-existant! Knowledge of car repair and maintenance is questionable at best. If you need a state inspection and you are the only one that does, hope you have at least an hour of free time to spare! Dont think complaining is going to do you want good. If youre on medication for high blood pressure, take it before you go.

accidently requested an oil change appointment for 8-10am, when they called I told them I meant for it to be in the evening between 530-7pm (which the website allows me to select) They told me they couldnt do it because it was "too late". I found them to be very rude, sorry I work 730-430 pm and 530 is the earliest I can get there!

I went in and requested 2 front break pads replaced. The pads were under warranty and I only needed to pay for labor. The employee on duty, Troy refused to do the work unless I paid a $25 diagnosis fee. I ended up having to go to another Midas to avoid this fee
