Needed new tires and did my research first online. Called around looking for good deals and places that had the tires I wanted in stock. They didnt have what I wanted in stock, but the serviceperson (I think his name was Dennis) talked to me on the phone for like 25 minutes answering questions about alternatives. I looked up his tire suggestions online while he was talking and read some online reviews and asked follow-up questions, and he knew the answers without looking them up and shared customer feedback as well. Unlike some of the other places I called, when I told him a set was out of my price range, he didnt act like I was a waste of his time. He continued to offer recommendations, and we eventually settled on an affordable set that had good reviews both in store and online and was currently in stock. I asked if he had any appointments available that day (it was a Monday) and he said to come right over, he could do it that morning. When I got there, they did try to upsell me a little bit, but not enough that it bothered me. I wasnt a fan of their policy of always performing and charging for an alignment by default ($99) and thought their reasoning for it sounded fishy, but I wasnt opposed to it in my particular case (getting four new tires put on). I had a coupon for an hour and a half massage at a place within walking distance, and Hogan & Sons promised my car would be ready by the time I returned. It was, and they said they didnt need to do the alignment after all so my total was $99 cheaper than I was quoted. I had shown up with a donut tire on and tools strewn about my trunk, and they put everything back in my trunk where it went. They had my mail-in rebate paperwork all ready for me in a stamped envelope, and my new tires came with a lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and both of the other customers in the waiting room appeared to be repeat customers who were satisfied enough to be coming to them again. So far so good on the tire performance. I would recommend going here for new tires.

Updating this review. I was very happy with the tires I posted about in my original review, but Im getting ready to turn the Jeep over to my son so it was time to replace them. I went in to see Jason Piper, and he recommended a set of Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure tires. These things are fantastic. They look great, sound great, and ride smooth. It feels like they took 50K miles off my odometer, and I feel a lot better knowing that my (new driver) son has a good set of tires to roll with. The service was excellent too. Jason took care of the whole thing... ordered the tires, set up the appointment, and gave me everything I needed to submit my rebate. Everything was ready to go at my scheduled time (Saturday morning). I barely had time to run to Einstens for a Bagel before he was ready. Based on my experience over the past couple of years, I know Ill get the same level of service when I go in for balance or rotation. TL/DR: Great tires, great service. Stop by. ******* Brought my 2004 Jeep Wrangler in for tire balance and alignment to help with loose steering. The Service Manager also took the time to look at the Tie Rods, Steering Knuckle, etc. to make sure they were still sound. It turned out that my biggest problem was a tire that was out of round and getting ready to throw a belt. The tires werent going to last a lot longer anyway, so I decided to replace them. The crew at Hogan and Sons walked me through my tire options, The Service Manager and Store Manager asked a lot of questions about how I used the Jeep, where I drove, how much I took it off road, etc. Once I picked a tire, Richard took the time to walk me through the advantages and disadvantages to make sure Id be happy with my choice. Overall, I feel like I was treated well. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the staff took the time to make sure that I understood my options and the advantages/disadvantages of each. Im very happy with the tires I chose and after doing my research, I think I got a fair price.

Very honest and helpful I bought a second hand ford explorer several months ago. From the first couple of weeks problems started arising. Suspension, brakes, sensors, white smoke. Just horrible. Should if checked it out throughly before buying it from what i thought was an honest seller. After taking it to a ford dealership, several midass and a ntb getting an oil change to fixing suspension issues and getting new front brakes no one could give me a through report why there was smoke from time to time. I told them i heard noises from time to time but was told everything looked ok besides regular/normal maintenance for an older vehicles. They all recommended that I pay more money for new parts that was getting old. I took it here looking for front tires but Edson(hopefully spelled that right) at Hogan and Sons took a look at my truck and I explained why i needed the wheels, which was because prior worn suspension parts caused it to wear unevenly. I told him about all the other problems. By this time I was having louder engine knocking and more smoke. He did a complete 360 check from engine compression test, tie rods, ball joints, brakes, battery, engine mounts, tires and more for an unbelievable price. Unfortunately, he told me my engine was failing and to not invest anymore money into it unless I wanted to keep it. I figured by this time it was the engine but having him and his team do the leg work and actually do this complete check to confirm it saved me more money and ill cut my losses. I THANK HIM. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. I definately learned my lesson when buying second hand without getting an inspection first. Cant trust no one these days. BUT I CAN TRUST THIS SHOP. THANK YOU!

I am putting 5 stars for the work. My family have been using this location for years. We are completely happy with the service and work... However..... Two days ago as always me and my husband took the car to this shop. We handed my keys and were walking around the plaza waiting for the car to be fixed. As I mentioned we used this location for years and people who work there are familiar to us. Same people all the time. I had a huge credibility to this place. I had a pretty good amount of cash in my wallet that I left in the car. I didnt want to walk with these money, thats why I just put my wallet in the glovebox. By the time my car was ready I felt very dizzy and tired, I am nine month pregnant by now and about to go on delivery. I took the keys and drove home. I spent next day in bed since I didnt feel good and couldnt move much. The next morning I decided to drive to the bank and deposit the cash that I had for the mortgage payment. When I came to the bank and opened the glovebox my wallet was not there. Unfortunately I couldnt prove anything. They dont have cameras in the shop. Unfortunately I trusted too much to these guys. I dont want to put black mark on everyone, however I was wrong trusting to much and leaving my wallet in the car. I dont have any prove that my money was stolen there other than my words. Nobody had my carkeys in the possession other than me or a person who fixed my car. I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience. Just take your stuff with you. We learn the hardest way.
