When picking a doctor or a mechanic, you think about TRUST, HONESTY, Knowledge/Expertise, and customer service. That is why I go out of my way, and have been going to this Meineke location, since it opened up way back when. They are honest and wont try to sell you what you dont need. Theyll tell you what you need immediately and what can wait a little more in the interest of saving you money and not spending a lot in one visit. They are knowledgeable and the owner, Rafi, supervises as needed to ensure work is done with the utmost quality. He is not hesitant to roll up his sleeves, put the surgical gloves on, and get in the shop to help out if/when necessary. Their customer service is 2nd to none. In case you are unhappy with anything, they will take time to listen and remedy the situation as quickly as possible. They also take time to explain in detail and in simple terms the work that needs to be done, and the causes, symptoms, effects, and safety concerns(if any) of the issue(s). There are tons of repair facilities in the Manassas/Gainesville area I could go to. But due to the trust, honesty, knowledge/expertise, and superior customer service, I drive nearly 45 minutes to bring all my cars here.

Well let me start off with this I been here maybe five times with different cars for oil changes never had a problem. In the office talking to another customer today about cars. She was complaining about there service because she had her brakes down by them and they locked up on her. I said thats not safe because your pregnant and have children. She agreed and on and on she was talking. Well the guy comes out of no where coming at me like I was his child asking me do I have a problem and telling me what was wrong wit her car. I told him you dont have to explain anything to me because it is not my car he still talking to me all rude and disrespectful so I asked for my keys and left I personally felt that was very unprofessional on his part of you want to defend your company cool but clearly I have no problem with you if i am still here and I came for a oil change but I felt like he was talking to me very disrespectful and any kind of way because I am a woman never will go back for there service again

I am making a major move from ny to nc. The worst thing happen, my car broke down. I was sent here by a local pep boys. Form the moment I stepped in this wonderful establishment I was treated with the upmost respect and urgency. Im am traveling with my 3 kids and one is only six months of age. They were constantly asking about our well being, it was obvious that I was overwhelmed. It ended up taking a bit longer to fix due to the horrid condidtion of my car. I had to stay at a hotel for the night they even called over so I could get a discount. There was a point the could have made or break this whole trip but they came thru, the manger who was off for the day even came in to assists with my car. I couldnt have made it without them. The saved my familys life with their diligent work ethic and reliability. They also gave me a GREAT PRICE. If you are seeking car repair and you dont go to theses guys its like you want to cheat yourself out of superior service.DONT CHEAT YOURSELF

The worst! My vehicle was left with dirt and oil around the glove box and door where they worked on it. To make matters worst, my window was cracked and front emblem stolen, they claim my window was cracked prior to service, they did a walk around the car so this is a blatant lie! They claimed they would fix my emblem but wanted to drill holes in my car which is not how it was installed. As a matter of fact they said they would fix the window and replace the emblem only if I let them do it, I was not allowed to take it somewhere else and be reimbursed I chose to take it and get done somewhere else and take the loss. When did Meineke start doing Windows/tint and collision repair work? This place is full of liars and owner Ralph or whatever is the biggest. I had taken my car there for previous repairs but they would rather lose a customer at their fault then do the right thing. Stay clear of them they will put on a good show but will not back their faults!!!

I have been taking my cars to Meineke Shop Number 950 in Dumfries, Virginia for over 12 years. I lived close to Dumfires when I discovered this gem of a repair shop. They are honest, dependable and reliable. When they say they are going to fix something the fix it right the first time. Their prices are more than competitive. I have moved several times from Woodbridge, Virginia to King George, Virginia which is at least 75 miles away and now to Waldorf, Maryland which is at least 40 miles away. I continue to drive that distance to get my car fixed. Rafi Ahmed is more than trustworthy, he is very reliable and honest mechanic. He wants your business and wants to get your vehicle in and out quickly. I would highly recommend Menieke in Dumfries.

Great honest guys. Qasin at the front desk is top notch and lets you know everything straight up, plus he works almost as fast as two people. They tested my car and told me what they thought the problem was without charging me anything. They wont charge until they have the chance to explain everything in detail, and they dont bs. They had multiple opportunities to ring me up for this and that, but they were honest and told me what they felt the real problem was, which made way more sense than what I thought it was. These guys definitely know how to run an auto repair business. Would recommend any day

Came to Meineke for a tire alignment. Asim took us in very quickly - we did not set up an appointment. In addition to the alignment, we wanted for them to check the fluids. Asim gladly showed us the quality of the fluids and how they should look. He gave us his recommendation and so we got the brake fluid, transmission, and power steering fluids done. All reasonable prices with labor included. The whole process took about two and a half hours. Asim was kind and informative. Will definitely be coming back here!

I came to get a pre-purchase inspection on a car that I intended on buying, the mechanic said everything was good but the battery. After I bought the car, I took it to get my state inspection and the mechanic found problems with the front brake pads, air filter and cabin air filter. If Meineke had done an honest job after I paid $100 for it, I would have presented these problems to the car dealer and paid a different price for the car. I wont be going back here...very dishonest and incompetent mechanics.

I walked in holding my baby and the guy asked what I needed. I told him an oil change and he went to see how long it would be. He came back and said the guys were at lunch. At that time another lady had come in and started fussing that she had an appointment and why were they at lunch. He completely ignored me and began dealing with her. Meanwhile Im still standing there holding my baby in front of rude woman. He never asked me anything about my vehicle or bothered to check me in so we left.
