The title " No Longer DoesThe Customer Come 1st ". My experience wasnt as a direct customer, but through my home warranty company that is also going to get a bad review. Seems neither one wanted to help a family with a 5yr old and an 8yr old. 5 days without hot water. Our hot water heater was bad 3yrs ago, but instead of telling our warranty company we should get a new one. Water flow insisted we fix it. 3 different times. Basically building a new one. Each time costing us more then just the $70 deductible. I think just milking the warranty company and us. Bottom line. 5th day without hot water. The Clear Flow brings a hot water heater, but doesnt put it in. Says itll cost us $240.00. My wife writes a check. Hands it to the installer. 1/2hr later he says. Sorry, Your warranty company wont let us install it. Then just leaves. Check and hot water Heater? I call both companies and they blamed each other and hung up on me? Thanks a lot Clear Flow! Im sure, just like that day. This review means nothing to you. Also cost me $35 to cancel the check!! In the end I took a pay out from my warranty company fo $420. Water heater $455 and labor to put it in that day $240. After what I went though. I checked on water flows reviews and 1st American Home Warranty and both have low reviews. I see why... Cant all be Water Flows fault, but no one stuck their next out for my kids. My family comes 1st. If yours Does. Look elsewhere. Just my suggestion.

This company came out through a warranty company to fix a shut off valve that broke off. He fixed it, everything seemed fine, then we left the house and came back that evening to a flooded basement and bathroom. The company website says 24/7 emergency service, this service was nowhere to be found. I left a message that I needed someone to come out ASAP, and I had to call them the following morning to tell them someone needed to come out. The very monotone and uncaring customer service representative that I spoke with, I believe her name was Victoria, told me that they didnt have anyone until the following morning. When asked about the 24/7 emergency service listed on the website, she said "I dont know." Needless to say I need to wait for emergency service. I wouldnt be using this company if it werent for my home warranty.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I had my water heater replaced. The company was rude from the start, they said they dont care about our damages or not having water that is our problem. To continue the horrible experience they over charged us 5 times for the cost of a part, that was not included the labor. When my fiance called them they screamed and cursed him out following by hanging up the phone on him, he looked them up on Better Buisnes Bureau and found a bunch of similar complaints from others. Do your self a favor and save yourself time and money DONT LET THEM IN TO YOUR HOME!!!

Decent service. Did make us wait which is typical of the plumping companies. Cost of the service outweighed any benefit in using this company for any service. Very very expensive. Had to use them since the were the selected vendor for the home warranty company. I did not have the option of installing water heater (warranty) but could have been done for 1/4 the cost, probably less. Use another company, I would have.

"[Professionalism] After a third visit to resolve our stoppage problem in our shower, the plumber finally looked at our pipes, addressed the issue and offered to replace some faulty piping that may have been the cause. He didnt just plunge to temporarily let the water resolve the issue. We shall see if this fixes the problem. He was very concerned and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our experience"

Had a garbage disposal replaced. Tech did not attach the hose for the dishwasher nor secure the trap drain pipe and our den flooded. Now we have to file an insurance claim for the water damage. I will update this post with a favorable review if the company cooperates with my insurance company and agrees to restitution.

We have used Clear Flow on 3 occasions for different plumbing issues. It is great to know that honest, fair, and competent plumbers still exist and they provide excellent service for a fair price. I am very glad that we found Clear Flow, and well use them again if we have a need.

I work for a property management company. I called Clear Flow Water Solutions because one of our properties had a clogged sewer pipe and the sewer water was running into the yard. They were able to send someone within an hour and he fixed the issue quickly, and inexpensively.

Disrespectful and damaged my house at multiple sites (doors, walls) while bringing the heater and removing the old one. They unfairly charged me for connections and expansion tank replacement. They are unprofessional and I would not use them again or recommend them

Had a horrible blockage that made its way into our washing machine, and was even backing up into the sinks. These guys came out, did the job in less than 3 hours and only charged 89.00 to fix it. A steal for the excellent service we got.
