I called them and talked to the owner. I had to have the city shut off my water because of a major water leak. She dispatched someone right away that day to fix it. They even turn the city water back on when they were finished to make sure there were no more leaks. My pregant wife and myself were so grateful for how fast they came and fix the problem. The service guys were great. I love this company.

A THOUSAND dollars to clear a clog in my moms septic line? WAY overcharged my elderly mother for a service that I could have done myself in 2 hours with parts from Lowes. She was totally overcharged and taken advantage of. Im sick to my stomach about what they charged her. I even located the clog for them and dug up the pipe and they still charged her $1,000. I wish I had just fixed it for her.

This company is the worst. Their customer service is unreliable. The talent they have is second rate. If you want a professional call Jensen. They are far better and nicer to deal with. They actually do what they say.
