I had the pleasure of having the RM Crossan plumbers out to repair our toilet at our office today. Normally, having a plumber visit is not necessarily a pleasure but my experience with RM Crossan was just that - a pleasure. We called an emergency repair in to the RM Crossan office, and within an hour, Elwood showed up and fixed our plumbing problem. They understood that my small business was being adversely affected, and responded immediately. I had to take the time to post this review as this was a positive experience with a very professional business.

I called RM Crossan to schedule a Air Conditioner Checkup, Stephanie was very helpful and secured an appointment a few days out. She also called to confirm the date and time the day prior to the appointment. Tom came promptly on the assigned day, was neat in his attire and personable. He took great care in assessing the unit and explained what he was going to do and what he had done in a very understandable fashion. He left everything neat and clean. Thank you for having such a great company and such wonderful employees!

From the office staff to the plumbers, the service from this company is outstanding! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, polite, friendly, and fantastic at what they do. They fixed everything promptly and were very tidy. Ive used them for heating oil & maintenance and theyve always provided terrific service for that too.
