horrible customer service! dont shop here! and if you do, dont use your debit card because if you have to make a return they will not give you cash, as they should (and you will have to wait several business days before you have access to your $) Sephora is so much better anyway!

Horrible customer service from the McKnight Road locations manager. I have been a long time customer and her rudeness shows my business was not of any value to Ulta Beauty. I will try SEPHORA at Ross Park Mall.

Got my haircut at the salon on a whim in May. Loved the style so much, I have been back regularly since then. Love the variety of products. I get all my beauty supplies while I am in for my haircuts.
