The only reason there is one star is due to the fact that zero stars was not an option. I have heard wonderful things about the waxing, but DO NOT get your hair done here. The owner herself was dishonest about the product she was using, which was NOT what I asked for, and my entire head of hair was literally ruined one month before my wedding. It was practically straw, and actually falling out. It took her two weeks to admit to me she used an alternative product, and this was after me insisting multiple times to be provided with a product label. It took one year and four months for my hair to be restored and I was ultimately denied a refund, even after a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I visited Luna because of a groupon that I purchased. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the service and the attentiveness that was showed to me. Very knowledgeable about every question that I asked, and mostly impressed with the fact that they offer a follow up a week after your visit. I found them through Groupon and bought a Brazilian wax. Ive been to many places for a wax since I moved here and wasnt happy. They have definitely been the best and will be returning. Staff was very friendly and professional. I just bought some more groupons for other services so cant wait to try their other areas. I love supporting locally owned, especially by women.

Jessie is THE best hair stylist Ive ever had. She definitely knows her stuff. You give a few words- she gives you exactly what you want and looking/feeling AMAZING. Super nice and sweet. Had an open room for kids to hang. ALSO best Keratin treatment EVER. Thanks girl, youre the only one ever touching my hair again :)

Payed $60 for my legs to be just as hairy as they were when I got there. Towards the end of my visit another lady came in and rubbed aloe on one of my legs while the other one continued to rip my flesh off without any pressure. Could have done way better by myself
