I have had really bad experiences with this company. The only thing good about them is their $150 lifetime alignment. I got for all of my cars because it pays for itself after two alignments. Really saves your tires. But when it comes to service I cant stand this company. Attitude is very poor and they always try to find something wrong with my car when they do the alignment because I walk in the door and they have to align my vehicles and I dont pay a dime. So they try and tell me this is bad or that is bad. I replaced a bad tie rod and I took my truck back in to get aligned and the technician told me the brand new tie rod was bad. I told it the mechanic it was brand new and after arguing finally we figured out the nut wasnt right enough my fault but he wanted to charge me for another tie rod. Also never get ur tires rotated by them. I marked my tires with numbers in a small hidden area and checked after they charged me for a tire rotation. I checked after and they never rotated my tires. Also they waste your time and inconvenience you all the time. Only use this company for the alignment.

I have not gotten any service from this location Firestone yet however, I was compelled to write a review about my negative experience on the phone with Brian. Off the bat, he was very pushy when I inquired about my brakes. I simply wanted an inspection and he assumed that I was just going to get my brakes done. His tone was very condescending when he told me I could leave my car overnight and come back the next day. He also told me that a simple brake inspection would cost $19.99 when online, it says that brake services are ALWAYS free of charge. " Bring your vehicle in and our tire and auto service professionals will perform a free brake check service that includes:" (This is what it says on the website). When I called to ask about this, Brian said that is only for clients that have already had services done by Firestone. Not only was he rude, but he also lied to me about their services. After seeing other reviews about this location, I think its safe to say that you should probably take your business elsewhere- I certainly am.

Some inspection mechanics interpret vehicle inspection laws only with an eye to maximize the amount of money they can extract from from a customer, while others interpret inspection laws in a manner that is beneficial to the car owner. This Firestone location is the former. Wanted $850 in minor vehicle repairs to pass my state safety inspection, which of course included 4 new tires (imagine that). If I bought them, they would replace 2 that this location put on nearly two years ago! What does that tell you about Firestone? Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like getting price gouged.

I will say they did give me 50% off tires, mounting, balancing and installation. But when I called into set up an appointment and to put my tires on hold. I came in a couple days later and they had sold my tires to another customer. Also the old man behind the counter is very rude, disrespectful and pushy. I told him my truck didnt need brakes on it due to the fact that it only had 8 thousand and some miles on it. He straight told me that if I wrecked not to come back and cry about it or not to sue the dealership.

Brought my car into the store last week for a wheel alignment. Said it was going to take an hour, but took 40 minutes. Firestone offers the cheapest wheel alignment compared to pepboys and other auto services, thats why I came here. However, the next two weeks I realize they didnt do the alignment correctly. The car steering wheel does not align properly with the direction of the car. I have to turn the steering wheel toward the right in order to drive straight. I have to bring it back in to get it fixed again.

If you are considering this place for any type of repairs, you had better be very inquisitive. I was led to believe that my AC problem would be detected for the price I received over the phone. That wasnt the case. They just told me something already known, that AC wasnt holding the charge, DUH. They wanted to charge an additional fee for a leak detection and then another fee for the part I believe it needs. ASK MANY, MANY, MANY MANY, MANY QUESTIONS To make sure you are getting what you think you are.

I have taken my car here for the last 9 years, do the same thing every time (make an appointment and leave to walk around). Today I did that, I didnt hear from them after an hour and a half today (August 1st 2015) I go back in and THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED!!!! I had to leave without my service because it should have never taken this long. I will never go to this location again, even if it is the most convient to me.

The older employee at the register was extremely rude. When I told him I wouldnt buy new tires that day, he said that he hoped I didnt wreck in the rain on the way home. I have the lifetime alignment program with Firestone, but will avoid this location at all costs.

Went in to have tires balanced, they said there is no way they could do it tonight. They do not close for another hour and a half 1 out of 10 bays is being used almost no customers here. Would give less than one star if I could

Two hours for tire rotation and balance after having an appointment. Staff made no effort to offer explanation or apologize. Was told about an hour upon arrival. Wont be back!
