A few years ago I was looking to get my oil changed and everyone said dont go to Monro. However I was in a pinch and it was close to work so I took it there. Nothing spectacular as far as service but nothing to complain about either. A week later I lost brake pressure and I was right there I stopped in they had it fixed in 20 minutes and no charge. Then just recently I had an inspection and needed a ball joint which I knew I would it was rattling bad they did it all in that same day and even gave me a ride to work when I dropped it off. Then today I took my wifes car in because there was a weird rattle or vibration in the front, turns out the heat shield came loose and was rubbing on the front axle they fixed it at no cost and I was on my way. This place it truly awesome never had a rude employee or bad experience. Will always go there.

They have a new manager there named Matt, hes really turning this place around. He also has given me some really great deals. A real nice guy, you just have to go in and talk to him. Go in for yourself and see what I mean!
