Stopped into the firestone in whitehall today with a abs and traction control issue on my wifes chevy equinox. I was greeted by Mike B and Jay who both had exceptional customer service skills. My vehicle was taken into the shop within the first 5 minutes to be worked on which was great since I have a busy day ahead of me. The tech looked the vehicle over and pinpointed the issue. MIle came over and explained what the issue was and the repair was quick and affordable. I also had the do an oil change since I was already here. Overall I had a great experience with the Whitehall Firestone and will be taking all my vehicles back whenever I have any issues. Exceptional customer service at this location.

I drop the car off and walk to a local diner. I get a call from the shop that the car NEEDS an air filter and tire rotation in addition to the oil change and the alignment I stopped in for. I question both because the tires were rotated 700 miles before and the air filter was 3500 miles old. They tell me, that they didnt actually look at either, just that the computer told them I was due. Very disappointing. Trying to sell me things I dont need. Make sure they actually check the things that theyre recommending be replaced.

I took my car in to just patch my tire. I got a call that I needed 2 tires, an alignment, an oil change, tie rod work and new wipers and they wanted to charge me over $600. I had them do everything but the tie rods and wipers for $230. 5 days later my tire they "supposedly" patched is low and my tire light is on. All they said to me when I called "its been 5 days so you must have got something else in your tire". Im not falling for that again. Worse place ever to take your car.

As a fleet member and person who took their person car there, I recently had two brand tire put on my personal vehicle and tires rotated. A month later the rotated tires made started making funny noise and a few days later tire was flat. Came to found out they never tighten the lug nuts and one went missing. I begin to realize every time I bring my company fleet vehicle in there is always a problem a few weeks to a month later. These guys dont know what theyre doing.

Came in here at 6pm 3-29-16 for an alignment. I walked in and had to get the employee behind the counters attention as he was on his phone texting. I requested an alignment (on a new car) he responded by saying they close at 7pm (1 hour later) and said come back tomorrow. I took my keys and walked out. Very unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere. I went across the street where they were happy to do my alignment. Will not come here again

I tried going here because I was close to it and turned out it was a mistake. Not only they werent very informative but felt like their works wasnt good at all. Had to take it back to have them check again and when I did, turned out they mistakenly put all the information on the wrong car. Now I drive farther just to not go there.

Went in for a "free" oil change and left with them telling me I needed five other things done to my car. Waited over two hours for the job to be done. After turning down the other things they said I needed to have done I took my car out and started having transmission issues on the highway. Everything comes at a cost.

I went for a battery replacement. The first time, the NEW battery was of poor quality and I had to get a replacement within 2 days. I am applied and got the firestone credit card. I did not find any special benefits/offers for the purchase of the credit card in the past 3 months.

Get alignment there for my subaru and helped me out with replacing a stud at no cost unlike ciocca where they chrge you for every little thing and dont even know what type of oil goes in your car

Took my car here for an oil change on 8-21. On 8-22 and 8-23 all of a sudden my car is constantly stalling with no reasonable explanation. Not happy!!
