From the beginning everything was confusing. I thought that I had ordered a small container, then was told that there were non left so the company just went ahead and ordered me the next size up. because of this mistake I was given free delivery for the container. I did not know that I was being charged for the container, delivery of the container, and pickup of the container. Had any of these 3 charges been explained in the beginning, I would never had agreed to this. However, I was desperate to get my floors finished so I was in a bind. Let me repeat. I had to pay for the container, then delivery of the container, then to have the container picked up when done. Really, how else was I to get and return the contained. So after being charged 3 times for one use, I will never, ever, again use this company, nor will I recommend them.

In October 2016, we used three PODs to move our household boxes and objects. Our experience was OAK, the guys at the North Kingstown RI shop were very friendly, professional, and most accommodating. Hope we dont have to move again, but if we do, we will certainly use PODS.

Pods were delivered and picked up on time but I was charged Ive $100 extra because I had a gravel, uneven surface. I was not told this until after I was billed. I left repeated msgs w customer service and my msgs were never answered.
