We were on a very tight time schedule the day we rented our truck. We were at the facility at 8.45 (they advertised that they opened at 9). We had to go next door to the Uhaul facility (fortunately they had an available truck...we will rent from them again in a heartbeat the next time we need a truck). Personnel from this facility called me at about 9.45 and wondered if we were going to pick up our truck. When I told her we waited there until 9.25 she argued with me about what time she arrived. I wanted to make sure we were not charged and she said, "I could charge you but I wont." This, of course, made me very upset. The whole thing was poorly handled when she simply needed to apologize for her tardiness. DO NOT USE THEM.

I needed a unit just for a week, it was kind of emergency. They didnt mind to stay after hours to prepare paperwork as place next door refused to do so and told me to come next day as soon as they heard that Im not going to be a long time renter. They didnt try to cut corners in order to finish up faster with me- explained me all terms and conditions, and didnt try to upsell, as I had this experience with different storage providers in my past, and expected that I will have to go thought this again... But I was nicely surprised how smooth I got in and out. Very satisfied, definitely coming back!

I had very good HASSLE FREE experience in this place, my stay was short as I needed storage just for a short time, but all process of signing up, and out- was so quick and easy, that I have nothing but a good word for this place. By the way, great (straight to the point) customer service over the phone, not like other places just wasting time by gathering your personal information "just in case we get disconnected". If I ever need a storage unit- I know where Im going to!

The staff here is pretty nice. He helped me to find a unit which was perfect size for all my equipment. Love their straigh forward explanation and pricing. They really surprised me with no hidden fees, after rent agreement is signed- as I previously got caught in few places.. Definitely recommended!

Everyone was as polite and helpful as possible. I was taken and shown the possible units that could fit my need and they explained the special rates that each had available. The store also has a good selection of packaging items.

Get your damn gate fixed...it hasnt been operational for over a year. What are we paying for? Half operational facility? Raise rates and your gates dont even work...
