Horrible service. After purchasing new tires, I drove my vehicle for a week. I could tell they were not balanced correctly. I took it back to the shop. They gave me back the vehicle and said everything was ok. I continued to drive it but had the same vibration issue. I took it to a different tire shop. They rebalanced and the vibration was gone. Twice they forgot to give me back my key for my locking lugs, so I had to run back to the shop to get it. Another time, I was in the shop to have something done and asked them to rotate the tires along with the other service. I specifically asked them when I left if the tires had been rotated. When I got home I noticed that they had not been rotated, which was easy to tell because of a mark on one of the wheels. I have a set of fairly expensive chrome wheels on my vehicle, while rotating them one time for me they cracked a small plastic piece that coves the lug nuts. Be careful when they up sale you. They talked me into a protection plan (which I rarely ever buy), then when I went to use it, they told me that the one I had didnt cover the specific thing I needed done, and that a different plan cover my issue. I agree that was my fault for not reading the fine print, but my point is be very careful, dont take their word for anything, its meaningless.

This Firestone is famous for Horrible service and rip off. I took my van to change all 4 tires. they give estimate, while changing tires the employee damaged two bolts. later on I found out that, because of the employee mistake they charged me $58. I also paid for the oil change. I also found out they didnt change the oil. Even oil changing sticker was not placed on the wind screen. When the Manager informed me work is done. I checked my van and found out the air nosle of the tire is pinched & I can not pump the air. Manager called the employee to fix this problem. Employee got upset & started shouting " I am sick of that. this job of Firestone is driving me nuts ". I protested the Manager Garrett. He just shows his helplessness. Employees are running that location with their rude behavior & Manager is just looking that. I paid $ 531.29 with highest level of dissatisfaction. It took me 2 hours and 31 minute to change the tire & not doing the oil change, which I am charged. I will advise every one if you want to change your tire or any other auto work go to your neighborhood tire changing place which will much better with this Firestone. At least you will not be ripped off.

Solid deals on oil changes and tires. Not sure Id choose here for more involved repairs but Ive been going here off and on for oil changes, assignments and tire purchases for over 7 years now since they are right across the street from work so you could consider me a loyal customer. One thing makes me laugh though is i keep forgetting that the $19.99 oil change deal always ends up being $25 in the end.. Im guessing most of their core business are tourists because they never remember me. Nothing unprofessional but its the same treatment Id get if I went on vacation so take that as a neutral observation. This visit was a little strange because I had a tough time finding someone to help me when I came back to pick up my car after an oil change. The office and entire service bay was empty for over 10 minutes so it felt like they were closed.. at 4pm.. just odd. The mechanics and office staff eventually did show up and said they were all 5 of them were out front helping a customer... Im sure theres a story there.. lol

Had one pretty good experience here a while back, but yesterday I dropped my truck off at 9 a.m. for an oil change. Verified itd be ready around 1:30 when I could get dropped off at lunch. Got there at 1:05, its on jacks, great, probably be ready in 10-15 minutes right? Comes down off jacks, sits there. Sits there. Sits there. Finally asked after an hour and was told some lights are out and they were going to call me and ask if I wanted them replaced. I explained I had checked in when I came back at 1:05 with the other guy who knew it was my truck and all he had to do was ask me as I was sitting there 15 feet away. Same thing was happening to an older lady she was watching her car just sit there, unattended, nobody doing anything to it, as she sat in the waiting room half the day. To their credit they did knock $10 off I guess for the inconvenience, but it made me late getting back to work its just oil and a filter for crying out loud.

DO NOT come to the Firestone by 17, next to Dennys.. Had an oil change just yesterday and my car is not starting the way its supposed to be. Came in today to get this fixed and theyre trying to make this my fault! Im not stupid!! I understand that am oil change has nothing to do with this, however my CSR was not acting the way it is today like before I had the oil change. They did absolutely nothing to solve this issue, but rather laughed at the fact that I came in to ask about his.. Also. Im standing right here while they take my car in, and they are driving clients cars like its theirs. Hitting the gas as hard as they can while the customer is not here.. You dont need to push gas on a car as much as you can when all your going to do is park it.. Make this the last time I ever come in here! DO NOT BRING YOIR CAR HERE.

Horrible. Made an appointment early in the day online for two new tires. It was confirmed. Waited til the appointment at 4 pm and was told it doesnt exist. It was never VALIDATED by THEM! So they have no appointment no time and I waited all damn day. I was in their computer, they couldnt have called me to tell me? I was just told yeah sorry. No its fine I waited four hours for an appointment that was confirmed online but not in store. What the hell is the point of using the online scheduler if it doesnt actually make appointments. Ok well you just lost a customer and Ill be sure to tell people not to use this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE IF YOU ARE STRANDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was here with a bad boat trailer tire 2 hours before close. There were 3 cars in the bays and employees standing around talking. I am not from here and needed a tire to get home. Tony the Manager and the service manager told me that they had the tire but could not get to me that day.......way to help people out Firestone! I will never come to any Firestone again and will be sure to let people know that Firestone really cares! THANKS TO SEARS FOR TAKING CARE OF ME THAT RAINY AFTERNOON! YOU HAVE EARNED A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER!!!!!!

THEY DONT FIX YOUR CAR THEY BROKE IT!!!! After waiting 6 hours for them to fix our car turns out they forgot to put engine cower back, lost 1 screw for whatever reason. We hadnt noticed it wasnt on and drove for 2 weeks without it. They had phones number on file and adress because we were regular customers. But 3 month later the part that they were fixing 6 hours turnes out WASNT fixed at all.Windshield wipers went bad after 2 month even though there was no rain at all. And also they DONT change your oil! !!!!!! The worst experience ever!
