Completely ripped off....... Had an oil change, 800 miles later noticed oil leak. Took car back, was told I had major oil leak and needed gasket replaced....why didnt they tell me that when oil was changed 800 miles earlier?! Was told transmission fluid was fine but last visit was told I needed it flushed?! Was quoted $484.00 for oil leak repair and I agreed, when car was ready I was told the total was $580.00!! Outraged I explained that I did not agree to that price but after adjusting rate to $540 was told that was the best they could do. I paid and got my car back to realize after driving 2,000 to Kansas that oil leak was still there!!!! I took the car to a local Meinike and had the gasket replaced again and was informed that the Myrtle Beach store had not used any silicone on the corners of the new gasket. Cowboys, absolute cowboys, nothing left to say!

Dont go here. I had a broken skidplate on my car that was dragging. Being from states away, my family car tech could not help. I knew it would only require some zip ties or a cut. They turned us down and told us to try Goodyear down the street. We drove to Goodyear and they had closed hours earlier. Ended up getting it zip tied up in five minutes at the Surfside Jiffy Lube at no cost. Honestly upset that they left four young girls to drive around with a dragging skid plate that they could have fixed in five seconds. I hope their service is normally better than this!

No one wants to get stranded with car troubles as they are on their way out of State but if you do, we highly recommend Meineke on Dick Pond Road in Myrtle Beach. From the frantic weekend call when no one else seemed available, to the inspection of the issues to the thorough review of the bill at the end, the staff and owners were kind, assuring, professional and helpful. They even had a part couriered in. The ultimate in customer service!

I cant believe I wasted my time! Attendant refused to discuss price for a simple rotor turn and brake pads for rear axle - a first change since factory. He insisted I drive to him to get a free brake inspection, then he would reschedule a time for me to come back for the work. Ive inspected my brakes. He wanted to try to upsell me and I dont have time for the flim flam. If they would just shoot straight with consumers.

This shop was amazin. We came here for a family trip and had an issue with my suv. The guys here were able to get us in and fixed the truck in a timely matter. What makes it over the top was the customer service. They kept me informed the entire time and even came to our hotel to pick us up so we didnt get charged for staying past check out. Thanks guys you really helped to make a bad situation better

Just left there! Im from Massachusetts, and I basically went in and told them, I didnt want to get screwed for an oil change, the guy at the front went over all the options, and brought the price down to even less than Walmart (which I recently had a horrible experience)! I also went in without an appointment, and they squeezed us in! Perfect service!

My experience here was great. you cant beat 19.99 oil change. got my transmission flushed for like 80 compared to jiffy lubes 140. great savings.
