Peak Auto is the most honest and customer centric auto repair business that I have ever dealt with. Here is my story: While driving in a heavy rain storm in my Audi Q7, my check engine light came on and also a fault code "EPC". The engine started behaving sluggishly, so I called Leith Audi service. They checked it out and told me I had a "stretched timing chain" and they would have to replace it - cost $5,800. I told them I needed to get a 2nd opinion and a friend recommended Peak Auto. The guys at Peak Auto said they would be very surprised if I needed a timing chain, but that if I did, it would be $2,500-3,000 - not the $5,800 quoted by Leith Audi. The first thing they did was reset the sensor - something Leith Audi told me they did and charged me $170 for the analysis and the reset, but Leith never did reset the sensor. As soon as they reset the sensor, Peak said the car started driving and performing normally. Just to be extra sure I did not have a timing chain problem, they said they wanted to keep my car for a few days and put some miles on it to see if the code or performance issues reappeared. They put 120 miles on my car with no problems or reoccurence of the fault. They probably had 3 hours behind the wheel of my car plus whatever other time they put into the checkout - and they charged me for 1 hour of labor plus an oil change that I needed. My car was returned to me washed and cleaned to a degree that it looked like it had been detailed. Amazing. I have over 1500 additional miles on my car since this event with no recurrence of the check engine light, the EPC code, or any performance issues. Peak Autos competency and honesty saved me $5,800. They could have easily told me that it did need a new timing chain and gotten me for $2,500 - $3,000. I still would have been thrilled with them vs the $5,800 Leith Audi was going to charge me. But instead they were honest, helpful, and very conscientous about not putting me back on the road until they were pretty sure I wouldnt have a bigger problem. They also proactively communicated with me regularly throughout the process. It is such an extraordinary pleasure to find this kind of service in todays world. I HIGHLY recommend Peak Auto!!!

I just gotta take a moment to thank Peak Auto for the work performed on my little red car (1991 BMW318is). This thing is my daily driver, good on gas and great fun to drive…..but now it is even better. • The motor is running MUCH smoother due to the new O2 sensor. The mild pre-ignition under load is gone! Can’t wait to see the effect on gas mileage. • The AC is running cool thanks to the repair. • The front end-wobble and “funny noise” is gone thanks to the new wheel bearing • …and holymoly…..love the new suspension…..I can pound the living daylights out of those decreasing radius off-ramps! Body roll is significantly reduced and the tires stick like glue. Very cool! • All the other maintenance items performed are greatly appreciated. The Peak Auto Team did a great job! ...the wash job on top of it all was a very nice touch……….and I appreciate it. Peak Auto has been Servicing our BMW and Jeep Grand Cherokees. The work ethic and attention to detail has been remarkable. They simply do it RIGHT! Best regards, dmm

I found Peak Auto somewhat by chance, Id been having an issue with my VW Passat and had taken it to a couple of other auto shops without any success. Anyway, the issue was addressed and Ive been taking my car here ever since. Ive been really pleased with the way this company is run, they are very ethical and the staff are very friendly. They are truly interested in you and taking care of your vehicle. I dont say they are the cheapest providers, but they are far from expensive and from my observations they are only interested in fixing real issues and providing a high quality service. I would go so far as to say that I would recommend Peak Auto to anyone you can rest assured that they get the job done and wont try to do more than is really needed. As a contrast, I took the same vehicle to the VW dealer down the street and they told me I had serious issues which needed to be addressed immediately and would cost me over $2.5k, work that I still have not undertaken and it is now more than 6 years since these serious issues needed to be fixed.

This is getting to be a broken record...Peak Auto is, as Tina Turner put it, Simply the Best! Daran and John and the team are stellar at their craft and more knowledgeable about cars than anyone should be! Do yourselves a favor and put Peak Auto in your contacts as THE auto service experts. And if you are ever considering a car purchase, ask these guys first. They can steer you clear of models with poor service trends and expensive repair bills and instead point you toward vehicles that will last and wont empty your wallets. We just had service done on our daughters car before she leaves for college. They did a thorough check, contacted me with estimates and came in less than the quote, giving me great confidence my daughter will be in an expertly-maintained vehicle at school. I had Peak Auto do a Pre Purchase Inspection for me (PPI) on a car that I was considering purchasing from a private seller on Craigslist. Daniel at Peak Auto helped me out and was extremely helpful and very professional. It was a breeze working with him. I had a list of items that I wanted to be sure they checked and they were more than happy to include those items along with the normal inspection items they do for a PPI. They were able to compare the condition to the Craigslist posting and gave a thorough list of items with an estimate of parts and labor including those they recommended getting done immediately, soon, and down the line. I would highly recommend them for a PPI for anyone considering buying from a private seller on Craigslist, they added comfort to what can be a tedious process.

Had a very rare and odd issue with my Audi...way too long to detail but essentially my engine needed to be rebuilt. It took a fair amount of time to work out details with the car, the parts, the paperwork, you know all the things you would like to be in control of but are not :-). Anyway at the end of the day, Peak Auto was fantastic with this; had a loaner for me (the green BMW 3 series is aged but runs like a top guys...), and with a little patience I am back in play with my car. Guys at Peak Auto are great, they take care of my vehicle and their customer and thats whay they have and will continue to have my business.

Fantastic Service - Fantastic People! We took my wifes 2000 Toyota Camry to Peak to have a lot of work done on it. With this economy, want to keep driving this car until the wheels fall off, but we dont want to pay a small fortune to have it maintained. Daran took the time to go through all of the things that needed work, and found the most economical way to help us keep this car on the road for a long, long time. We paid hundreds less than we were quoted at other shops. Dont feel like you need to have a German car to go to this shop - they did a GREAT job with our Toyota!
