I thought I had a wiring problem with my passenger side window in my 2001 GT Convertable Mustang. I did a Google search, and found Pit Stop. I called them in the morning on Thursday, and took it down to have them take a look in the late afternoon. Before I had a chance to take the keys out of the ignition (and before I knew who Tim was), he walked up to my car and started taking a look. He had to pull it into the shop to take a deeper look. Tim confirmed it was wiring. We started discussing when I could bring it back, and they started putting things back together. I decided I could just leave it and save everyone some time. My baby was fixed up ready to roll again by Friday afternoon! I drove her home with the top (and windows down). Too bad it was so darn cold to enjoy weekend! Dont believe the haters, this shop is 5 stars all the way down the line!

Would give negative rating if possible. Customer service is very bad and the person we interacted with was very very rude. Went there to replace the alternator for my SUV (Honda Pilot) and the person at the counter quoted $290 for the alternator. When my wife asked the make/brand of the manufacturer they would not provide the details instead they were very rude and asked to take the vehicle and leave. Very bad customer service.

Never been so pleased with a car care experience. Within minutes of me arriving, they already had the problem diagnosed and had a quote prepared. They took me out in the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be done, then the owner offered to give me a ride back to my house so I wouldnt have to get an Uber. Ill never go anywhere else. The high labor cost is worth it

Tim is honest and easy to talk to. The service is great and their prices are competitive. Id rather my mechanic be a local guy that I can talk to, than a huge dealership where I have to worry about whether or not they bothered to put all the bolts back when they were rushing my car out of there. Pit Stop is awesome, forget the shotty service of the big name chains.

Tim is awesome. Great down to earth honest guy. Todd, one of his mechanics, is one of the few people on the planet I trust to touch my vehicles. Both Tim and Todd put in a lot of hours on my Chevelle and I appreciate their patience and ability to customize on the fly.
