The people here are impressive, upfront, and honest. They will inform you of maintenance issues that presently require attention, and of items to be mindful of for upcoming maintenance. The quality of their work far exceeds that of any dealership I have ever visited. I do not feel the need to re-inspect their work as I have after leaving a dealership. I trust their skill level, knowledge, and competency. If there is a maintenance issue I cannot tackle myself, this is where I come.

A little over a year ago my sons 2006 C70 suffered a broken timing belt the P&A Auto Team worked with use to come up with very satisfactory solution saving us thousands dollars with minimal risk. They also went far beyond to make sure we knew what options we had. Unfortunately this vehicle was totaled in an accident a few months ago (no human injuries). Needless to say if I still owned this car if would be back at P&A for service whenever it was due.
