So, stick in there with me because this may be a long review.. I checked out the Creech website on a whim and took note of the reviews. After some calling around I decided to take my 05 Forester in this past Tuesday with the intent of completing an oil change and replacing a wheel bearing. At the same time I opted to have the shop take a closer look at the Roo to see if there were any outstanding issues that I should address. Long story short, my car needed a good bit of work at a pretty hefty expense by some assessments, but heres the thing. It genuinely runs as good as it did new. Stan was able to get me in quickly and despite the extensive work I opted to have done (seals, timing belt, water pump, wheel bearing, etc. etc.) Dan (the mechanic) was able to complete all of this in just short of three days. From the time I dropped off the car to the time I left with the keys Stan was kind enough to email and call me with frequent updates and information. I have since driven the car about 100 miles and I genuinely could not be happier. To add the finishing touch, as I left...the service adviser (I forget his name!) gave me a key tag for my fifth oil change, free. Although this was my first visit to Creech and even if it was a pricey one, I will return to them for service. They are trustworthy, comprehensive in meeting your needs and more than fairly priced for excellent work. Kudos to the whole Creech Import Repair team.

I had a local "chain store" that I trusted long ago, but my confidence in their work had eroded over the years, and then when a tie rod end separated in my driveway the day after a 400-mile drive on the interstate (that couldve killed me) despite my queries to them about the clunking noises and their reassurances that its okay, and then the repeated errors by the mechanics at the dealership who obviously dont care about their work and can only follow a computer-generated checklist, I went hunting for a new garage. I found Creech Import Repair, and Im really happy with their work. I went in to arrange repairs to the front suspension of my 2006 Honda Ridgeline (with about 180K miles) and then in the next two days I was notified about a death in the family, and the folks at Creech quickly accommodated my need to get the truck repaired urgently. They were honest and forthright about what needed to be fixed, what should be fixed but could wait, and what was optional. The change was stunning. Front suspension problems, obviously, develop over a long period of time -- I bought the truck used with 65K miles on it -- and I was aware of the slow erosion but not alarmed. The improvement was like night and day. The price was fair: not cheap, but not overpriced, either. Considering the improvement, it was an investment well made, worth every penny. I recommend the folks at Creech Import Repair. Theyre honest and proficient.

Best youll ever find. Quick story; I needed a ball bearing replaced on my front right wheel (it was making this grinding sound as I drove), so I took it to Creech to have them diagnose and fix. Well a few hours later, Stan calls me to apologize because he made a mistake. One of his guys accidentally fixed/replaced the ball bearing on the left wheel, so it was going to be another couple hours until it was ready, because they need to go back and replace the right one. My point is, he couldve (and most other shops would have quite honestly) realized it, charged me anyway, and when I called later to complain, simply said "well looks like the left is going out too. So bring it back in and well replace that one as well.", and made 2X the money. But he didnt. He was forthright about the mistake, ate the cost of the mistake and in return earned himself a lifelong customer. These guys are good and honest. I refer them to anyone and everyone I talk to with a car issue. "Go to Creech, theyll do you right."

Weve been a long term customer - 1994, 1998, and last of its kind 2002 Trooper - and have always come away from Creechs feeling treated fairly with the highest level of care and quality given in all things Stan and the team do. We just had our 2002 in for a "spa day". We have amassed 122,000 miles on this vehicle and it was never tuned, still running on original brakes, never anything more than oil changes and regular maintenance all along. It finally started to complain a bit one day and we realized it was time for the master mechanics at Creech to lay their hands on our beloved Trooper and give it the TLC it needed. Needless to say Stan and team got her back in top notch working order without too much fuss. We immediately hopped into it and took it on a 1200 mile round trip for Christmas - even got to do some minor 4 wheeling in that great Christmas snow we had. We had no qualms doing this as Stan and team always do quality work that never leaves you guessing. Thanks Stan!

I rarely rave unless its excellent-knock-your-socks off service... and it was! - Steve fit me in for a replacement brake job the day after I called. Completely willing to work with my schedule. - I will never again sit in an auto-repair place gagging on the smell of oil and tires in the dirty waiting room with bad coffee. Creech has gone out of its way to create a "homey", comfortable place for customers to sit the two-three hours it takes to do some of the jobs: Wi-Fi, a Keurig machine, free snacks, a kid play room, and actual chairs and sofa! I was amazed. - They completely explained the estimate and gave me choices. I heard one customer ask them to slice her auto repairs three ways... and they worked with her for 10 minutes to get it right. - They stuck to the estimate (actually paid $100 less than their first estimate) and finished a three hour job in two hours so I could be home for my son to get off the school bus. I will be back! Thank you!

I have been a customer since 1999. My vehicle is a 1996 and in my opinion one of the reasons Im still driving it 17 years later is because of the excellent preventitive maintenance they have perfomed and recommended over the years. I have over 208K miles and I still feel like Im driving a brand new vehicle. Quite honestly, this is the only shop that I trust to do any service on my vehicle. Im in the military, but Raleigh is my home. Whenever I can bring my vehicle here for service, even if it means driving 4+ hours, I do it because they provide such excellent customer service. They take pride in their work, as well. This is a shop that you can trust to give a solid recommendation. They provide very fair estimates for all of their services. Thats another reason why I will drive from out of state back to Raleigh for them to work on my truck. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in a heartbeat.

5 stars, I wish I could give them more! Seriously, Creech is about as good as it gets. My husband and I moved here last year and were dreading having to find a reputable shop with people that wont take advantage of you. I was told to check out Creech by a co-worker. Another plus was they are right up the street from the eye center where I work. My husband and I both went there for our inspections. Great service and very fair. The real plus factor for me was my car was running hot this morning & I called them and asked could I bring it by at lunch for them to check out, even though I didnt have an appointment. They were so kind to say yes. We found out the problem and they even added some coolant until I can make an appointment to have the problem fixed. I just appreciate them and their service. It means so much that I can call them when Im having a problem, and know I can count on them.
