I am shocked at the way people are rating North Hills Exxon. It sounds like there may have been some disgruntlement going in before visiting anyway, which could have set the tone. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else! Mike and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of. They work around my schedule and always have my best interest in mind. A perfect example of good service: I just bought a used truck about a month ago and just "knew" it needed new tires, so I went to see Mike and he told me I would be throwing my money away to replace those tires right now. Tell me where else that would happen? If you have not been to this station since the new owners took over in December of 2010, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. First class establishment and number one in my book, you will not be disappointed!

If you are not using North Hills Exxon for service then your missing the boat! Mike and his team are by far the best of the best. I recently had my vehicle there and not having done business with them before was not knowing what to expect. By the time I left not only did I know exactly what was going on with my vehicle but I honestly feel like I had made friends. They offer big box service and technology with a home town feel. If you want to do business with people who are the best at what they do and you care about service with a smile, then these are your folks! Five stars all the way, my vehicle runs like it did the day I bought it and a customer for life! Thanks Mike and Jerry. You guys are awesome!

I work in North Hills Shopping Center, am a Realtor, so always need my car to be up-to-date and ready to go at all times. More than once this year I have needed them to patch a tire or inspect or check oil, etc. and they always always are just wonderful. Once I had a flat tire at my office and they came over, got the car, did something so they could drive it 1 block to their station, fixed it and brought it back. All the while I continued to work!. They are just wonderful, understanding, folks and I love having them nearby so I can depend on them.

We recently had to do a major repair on our PT Cruiser. NH Exxon was thorough in examining the problem and found the solution. Although it turned out to be a much bigger problem than we anticipated the repair and additional problems were repaired in about 2 days. Everyone at NH Exxon is always courteous and friendly. Its nice to know that there is still a neighborhood service station that cares about their work and their customers. Thanks to Seth for getting everything working...they even worked on both of our cars on the SAME day!!

Had a nail in my tire today and it was leaking air. Pulled up to the garage at North Hills Tire Pros where the attendant immediately greeted me, pulled out the nail and patched it within 5 minutes. Oh and this was at 6:00 on a Friday night after I had visited 3 other repair shops where I was given a 2 hour wait time at each place... Thank you for being so fast an efficient. This was my second nail in 3 months. I now know exactly where to go when I get a 3rd in the next 2 months or so :)

I had a great experience here and am not sure why other people have given it low ratings! I have brought both of my vehicles here many times (a jeep and an expedition) and have been extremely pleased with the work done! The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable as well as timely. Everything that I have had done was done at a good price and done right! I highly recommend them for everything from oil changes to brake jobs. Will definitely be going here for all future needs!

Have had lots of work done here. Most recently had the car in and they found a very significant safety issue. It was on a Friday and the mechanic actually came in on Saturday so that he could try and get the car fixed in time to have it back to my wife so she could have it to get to work on Monday. It was not a cheap fix, but the car had been getting so loud that it was painful to drive. When we got it back it was as quiet as the day we bought it.

I also had a great experience here. I had gotten in a very minor accident, where I bumped a car pulling into a parking space. Nate reattached the bumper for me at no charge, and it took all of five minutes. He also helped me blow up the tires on my jogging stroller AND put it back in my car. I think they are affiliated with the Glenwood Exxon, where I get most of my service work done.

The quality of customer service has severly declined since the reorganization of this station. I was a customer for 20 years until 2011 when the management and staff changed. The level of customer service is poor, with long waits, and inflated prices for general maintenance. The only remaining staff member whose superior customer service has not waned is Donny the mechanic.

This is my place to take my car for oil change, etc. It is located near my job and therefore convenient, but the best thing about North Hills Exxon are the people that work at North Hills Exxon. They are very helpful and friendly, always call if there are unexpected repairs that are needed. I have had nothing but great experiences with North Hills Exxon

The employees of Exxon are wonderful! I have to mention Danny by name because he is always very helpful when I need air in my tires. Although, I can put air in myself, I didnt know how much air to put it nor how to check the tire pressure. Danny took the time to show me how to use the tire gauge as well as how to release the air if I put to much in.

Im surprised by the unfavorable ratings. I have been taking our cars to these guys for the past four years for everything from inspections to oil changes to mechanical work, and the work has always been timely and good. Price has always been in line with estimate. Based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend North Hills Exxon.

I have used NH Exxon for almost 3 years now for everything from oil changes to inspections to more involved repairs for a wagon, mini-van and two motorcycles. Two things I have consistently noticed: They ALWAYS are able to fit me in and I have received honest and informative feedback about repairs. Highly recommended on this end.

I visited the shop referred by one of my friends. Mike was very polite, and professional; they pinpoint the problem with the car, and scheduled an appointment. While in the shop, they fix the issue, showed me the old part, and where the new was installed. From now on, they are my mechanics. I can tell their honesty is genuine.

They were incredibly helpful and super quick! Gentlemen quoted me 300 and then upgraded my 3 new tires to match my 4th tire and honored his word by keeping my cost at original quoted price. Refreshing to work with a tire shop with that kind of integrity. I would highly recommend going here based on my experience.
