Southern Tire & Muffler is not a place that I would ever choose to work on my vehicle again. On two occasions they have performed sub-par work on my vehicle. The first time I had my exhaust replaced and they failed to give me my stainless steel tips back as requested, along with I had to return two days later due to the welds failing on one of my new cheap tips they installed. About 2 months later another weld decided to fail on the main pipe. Needless to say I took it too Midas to get it corrected right. On the second visit I had them replace my front hubs on the same vehicle. I thought everything was done correctly until I went to replace my brakes. I discovered they had cross-threaded both bolts on one of my caliper mounting brackets and to top it off they also cross-threaded one of three bolts that held my hub assembly in place. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he denied any wrong doing. Needless to say, I would highly not recommend this shop to any one within this region. If I could give it four thumbs down I would.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Went for a quote on a muffler leak and they said they could fix it the same day. They fixed it in about 40 mins and inspected my vehicle. As long as repair holds up itll be 5 stars!
