The first time I had Dale and his staff fix my car in 2003, I asked Dale to explain to me what was wrong with it. I was amazed and delighted to find him drawing diagrams to explain and talking to me for 30 minutes (which was my own doing for asking so many questions) about just what had gone bad, what they did to fix it, and so on and so forth. In the years since then, Ive have the same wonderful service and have always been treated with 500x more respect than any other mechanic I had been to before discovering Dale and Jerry. When I was shopping for another car a few years later, Dale would entertain my in-depth questions about what he thought about various models and makes of cars; he stayed after closing for 45 minutes once just to talk with me about these things in addition to numerous phone conversations when Id find a model I wanted to know more about. Ive seen him give every customer this same level of attention, ready to give as much help as he can whenever it is needed. I trust him completely with everything car-related from what dealers not to go to, what dealers TO go to, what cars not to buy, how long I can let a problem sit until I can afford to fix it, and so on. They are hands-down the BEST mechanics and I would recommend them to everyone. EVERYONE.

World Class Auto takes care of customers, not just cars I’ve been a loyal customer for years and can’t thank Dale and Jerry enough for the good and objective advice on how to maintain/repair my BMW. They saved me a ton of money by helping me understand and prioritize repairs and doing quality work at a great price – much different that the dealer that pushes a laundry list of repairs at every visit at ridiculous prices. That said, the guys at World Class Auto also never failed to inform me of any recall items (no matter how old) and advised me on when it was best to take the car to the dealer and combine minor repairs with a recall visit. I loved my 7 series and was looking forward to driving it for years, but when facing a number of recurring issues it was Dale who helped walk me though the required maintenance over the next 18 months and supported my decision to trade it in for a new car – even though it meant I probably wouldn’t be as regular of a customer. If you want a mechanic/advisor that you know has your best interest in mind, go to World Class Auto.

Dale and Jerry have worked on all our cars for years and always try to do the right thing. I trust them to make the right call and if it doesnt need fixing they wont recommend a repair. They do good work at a fair price and you wont have to worry about whether or not something was actually necessary. I do take my cars for quick oil changes sometimes to other places on weekends, and those shops always recommend repairs, but I let World Class tell me the truth. You wont be sorry if you give them your business!

You can tell an honest mechanic by the work that he DOESNT do. My oil change place told me I needed new brakes. World Class Auto quoted a fair price and came highly recommended, so I chose them. They had my car on the racks within minutes of arriving and a few minutes later the mechanic was in the office telling me that I didnt need new brakes. They could have easily changed the brakes, collected my money and I still wouldve been pleased - but they won a customer for life with their honesty.

Wold Class Auto totally lives up to its name. Having lived in many places due to the military... weve dealt with lots of different approaches to dealing with care repair. Bar none... these guys are amazing, up front, honest and willing to take the time to do it right. Thank you for taking time to "do the right thing", World Class Auto, in a world where that is difficult to find. NUMBER 1 in my book.

Took my car cause I thought the thermostat needed to be replaced and ended up being my head gasket, wished I had brought to these guys sooner since the last shop I took it too screwed me over. The guys were able to save me some money by reusing some of my old parts and it came in under what they quoted me.
