I have been taking my cars to Renaissance for years and would not consider going any place else for automotive service and/or repairs. Jay, Gene and the rest of the team at Renaissance are outstanding - both in terms of customer service and in their skill, knowledge and expertise in correctly diagnosing and expertly making repairs! These gentlemen have spent hours on my vehicles to ensure they found and properly repaired any problems - and some problems with my cars were extremely difficult to find or unusual. These gentlemen took the time to truly investigate and resolve the problem(s). They do not do "quick fixes" - they properly and fully repair problems, fully examine vehicles in for minor or major service, and are very honest about whether or not something needs to be done. They also do not try to sell you services you do not need. They have an incredible level of integrity and are truly oriented towards providing the highest level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction! They are the BEST!

I have been going to Renaissance Auto for many years now. They are true professionals; they will not jerk you around or charge you more than they have to. The guy I see has so much experience, hes figured out what was going wrong with my car no one else could. And hes done that several times over the years, all while quoting me hundreds less than everyone else. I guess if you know what youre doing, it takes less time and parts to fix. He has saved me so much time and money by figuring out the root of the problem instead of just fixing bits and hoping the issue goes away. I really cant recommend them highly enough.

The guys at Renaissance are great. They have taken care of several maintenance issues on my Jeep Patriot, including brakes and bearings. Every time they give me a prompt quote, breaking down part costs and labor, tell me when they can fix it, and are always courteous. Its nice to have an auto repair shop that you can trust to be fair, honest and always have a great attitude. I may not have the most car mechanic knowledge, but they never make me feel silly about that either. Ive recommended them to several friends and they have all been happy too.

I had my car checked by a Toyota dealership and the dealership told me that I needed to change a few parts immediately. I did not believe the dealership because my car seemed to be running fine. So, I brought my car here and had it checked out. My car turned out fine and I didnt need to change any parts. Jay took the time to listen to my needs and was so caring and honest. I felt well taken care of and I really trust Renaissance Auto Care. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy place for their car.

The crew at Renaissance did a great job on a major overhaul of my beloved Toyota Landcruiser this past January. Its been 3 months since the work was complete, and the truck is better than ever. As I do most maintenance work myself,( Im high maintenance)-Jay, Gene and Ray listened to all I wanted done and Im very pleased. Timing belt, steering rack, new suspension lift kit- all was done to spec, and nothing fell through the cracks. Its good to find a trustworthy shop in Cary with quality technicians and at a fair price.

Ive been looking for a new shop, and this place was recommended. Its just what I was looking for - a small shop with polite, competent and honest staff. Jay, the owner, took the time to explain the problems I was experiencing, and clearly explain my options and the value of each, without pushing the most expensive option (in fact, the option he favored for my main problem was a no-cost "wait and see option"). The work that was done was done well, in a timely manner, and fairly priced. Couldnt ask for more than that.

Gene and the crew at Renaissance Auto Care in Cary, NC at the best repair shop the the area. They have been my guys since 2003 when I bought my first BMW. They have service our 3 BMWs 1988 325Ic,1989 325Ic and now my 2001 330. They are great at assessing the problem and fixing it promptly at a fair price. The happiest day of my life was when the started working on domestic cars. Our family is a Renaissance family, now my daughter call Gene when she as a problem. What can I say regarding the work and my families experience at Renaissance. Well its been going towards I guess twenty five years of service thats never faltered. Been through two teenagers and multiple cars. In all these years vehicles ran at top performance thanks to technicians and their advice. My teenagers who are now adults with better cars than me "I still was driving 1984 and 1997 Hondas" utilize Renaissance service! Would recommend Renaissance in a heart beat or crank turn!

Jay, Gene and Roy and the rest of the staff at Renaissance have been my main mechanics for all my cars for the past 20+ years and get the job done in an incredibly professional and expedited manner. As stated in the other reviews these guys have the very best training and expertise and can quickly find the issue and fix it, when others give you the runaround and duck tape fixes. Ive trusted them with over 10 of my familys cars and and I recommend them to anyone I care about.

The team at Renaissance Auto Care in Cary NC have maintained my cars (MB E430 and MB 300CD) over ten years. I would not take my cars anywhere else. They are honest and reliable and they dont over charge because Im a female - what a nice relief! Also, if they fix something and it reoccurs they correct it, no problems, additional charges. Several times a year I make 1500 mile road trips and they always make sure my car is safe and road-ready.

I was told about Gene from a co-worker who has serviced his cars at Renaissance for years. I’ve recently started taking both of our BMWs (2007 335i, 2005 330ci) to Gene. His auto service (and customer service) is tremendous. He has been very thorough, accommodating and fair. Gene has gone the extra mile (or three) to provide the best possible service and does this without breaking the bank! I trust these guys!!

Gene and Jay are the Best! I have been going to Renaissance since I owned a Honda Odyssey in 2005, and now an Acura TL. They are honest about what REALLY needs to be repaired, their service is SUPERIOR, and their prices are ALWAYS lower than any dealership service department. Once my extended warranty expires on my TL, I wont be going any place but Renaissance. Thanks for your excellent care of my car! Kim
