I used to change my oil there before, the price to change oil is ok, the front desk old men is friendly. But never back again because one year ago, my car tire is punctured by a nail, I drove to there ask to repair it, it suppose easy and cheap job. But the technician who took my car, even dont want to bother find where the nail is, just add some air into the tire. I suggested drive the car a little bit, then I found the nail myself. But he refuse repair for me, insisted I have to change all four tires for over $600, I asked only repaire it this time, I will change the tires later on. But he refused repair the tire, said have to change the whole 4 tires. After I refused, He said he can replace my back-up tire on, I questioned that because I need drive total 4 hours in the high way in that afternoon, he said no problem, after he put my back-up tire on, I just realized you can not drive a back-up tire on highway for 4 hours, on the back-up tire, it said speed no more than 60miles. That afternoon I had to drive my another old car on the high way and worried all the time. Later on, I drove my car to the one I trusted and honest auto-repair shop, the technician checked my tire, told me it still good run for another 10,000 miles.

Great experience. I thought my air conditioner would never work right again. Jeff the service manger has worked in the past at car dealerships and ronconized the symptoms, the air was blowing hot air on driver side and cool air on passenger side. Talked to Jeff and he knew instantly what was wrong. They replaced a part and now I have cold air on both sides. I am in sales and live in my Tahoe. I am extremely please and happy. This is a great place for tires, auto repair and service. Bought my tires here also.

Brought my car in for service, i have some miles on it, so i asked what could be done. The guys up front offered a power steering exchange and a coolant exchange. This has made the difference in my vehicle. it has run cooler this summer and the power steering is running like it did when the car was new. I felt like the team was fair, explained the process and the reasoning why we need to have these things done. I would recommend Durham Tire pros for any services!

I have gone to this shop many times over the years, and I have always found them to be quick, fair-priced, and very friendly. I just went there this morning (after calling or going to 4 other shops, all of which couldnt fit me in or were closed), and they not only got me in immediately, they got me out in less than an hour (after replacing 2 tires and doing a rotate-and-balance), and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Ive used Durham Tire & Auto for years. They do very solid work for a very fair price. They take the time to get a sense of how much you want to spend, so you can get the appropriate level of work. For older cars, or ones youre going to sell, they come up with some great common-sense work-arounds. In addition to tires, they can do pretty much any repair the dealership could do, at a much fairer price.

No reason to complain because they fit me in and fixed 2 broken axles in a few hours. They were right on par with other estimates I received elsewhere and way cheaper than the Honda dealership. My only complaint was the little things that could have been done to make it over the top such as vaccuming out my car and topping off my fluids as a part of the oil change service.

This place was great. I needed my brakes replaced and not only did they fit me in, they got it done fast and cheaper than even my own mechanic father could do! The employees were very courteous but also friendly and sensitive to my need to have it fixed ASAP! I dont need to go anywhere else, Ive found my new repair shop. Oh and their lobby is quite clean!

They will beat any chain store on price, quality and overall helpfulness. Twice they saved me money recommending lower-cost alternatives on a leased vehicle (why pay more if youre turning it in in a year). Great troubleshooting and fast service. Also its a nice area to walk around (9th street, etc) if you have to wait... unlike the ones on highways.

I went there with a flat tyre. They were really nice and quick, i was out of there in less than an hour. But they ripped me off. My tire valve was malfunctioning and the valve comes with a tire pressure sensor. They made me buy a new one for $89. When I checked the price online the most expensive one that I found is only $30.

I had my truck to the dealer and got some bad news. The ball joints and steering box that was repaired ( $1150 ) from Durham Tire are bad again... considering the stock parts lasted 12 years, the replacement parts were either used or not done at all ?

Had a tire blow on the highway and drove in on my spare. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and had affordable tires for my needs. Got me back on the road in ~1 hr w/o any appointment. I would recommend and will go back for other needs.

These guys are good. Solid troubleshooting. Solid quotes. Fast service. They have "operated " on all 5 vehicles. All + 10yrs & + 100k miles. I recommend. We will certainly take our cars back for more work when needed.

Outrages Price! One of my tire needs to be replaced and I have the tire. They quoted $79 for doing that simple work. I went to Tire King and they only charged me $16 for all the work. I will not trust this place any more!!
