Labor rate was were it should have been thats the only good thing I have to say, the bad my cost for the part at both local parts store $75(thats for top of line, bottom line $55) thats my cost knowing shops get discounts at parts stores makes the $150 I was charged for the part even worse. Then to top it off charged for NY inspection(receipt said NY state inspection) and failed no big deal It was a fail but did not get the inspection print out to go to another shop and only pay the $10 for reinspection. When confronted guy at counter when I realized said never ran threw NY state for the fail so they didnt have to scrape sticker(inspection was not expired if you fail the sticker does not get scraped) then asked about mark up % was told they had to do what they had to so the could stay afloat. Ha not on this guys buck, never returning

Great service! I needed and out of town repair and was staying at Darien Lake. I did a review search and found the great reviews and an owner that seemed to care! I even dropped in short notice and they still found some time the same day to help me out. Wi-Fi available and great selection of K-cups coffee. They even gave me a lift back to the park so I didnt miss out on an afternoon of rides! Jeremy and the gang are top notch!

Always a great experience here friendly staff and great service. They will not tell you that more stuff is wrong then what really is to make more money off of you like alot of shops do. If there is an emergency they will fit you in as soon as possible and make sure that you leave happy. My family and i will never go anywhere else but alden automotive.

Originally found the shop on Tire Rack as a Top rated shop. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, 2 separate visits. Jeremy, the owner, seems like a laid back guy. He has the Hunter machine that did not damage my Alloy rims, which was the main reason I went to him
