I have been going here for 4 years and have to say it is the best experience with a shop that I have ever had, which is why I am willing to continue going to see these guys even though it is further out of my way after a move a few years ago. Juan is the owner and is a fantastic guy. Every oil change I go in for he gives me a projection on any work that may need to be done in the next oil change or two so I can plan ahead. He continually keeps in mind how long we are trying to get my car to last, and doesnt try to sell you on doing unnecessary work; in fact, he regularly advises me to wait on certain work until it is really necessary for the health of the car. I am always able to call and make an appointment with a few days notice, yet the guys always make the time for me if a potential emergency crops up. Last week my car had another issue with the transmission fluid tubing, which Juan and the guys had replaced for me a month prior. Just saw them again today to get that fixed, fully expecting to pay for the work, only to find a bill of $0.00. He told me the issue should have been fixed in the visit over a month beforehand, and so there was no charge. These guys are honest, accessible, experienced, friendly, and prioritize customer service. You wont be disappointed if you become a regular customer.

Everytime I need to get work done on my car or even a simple oil change I am certain the mechanics at White Flint will do a good job the first time. They also will provide you with as much information that you need to make a valid decision and will not upsell you on things you dont really need. Dont be afraid to ask questions as they are more than willing to answer! Finding the place is probably the only hard part and thats only because it isnt right next to the road. If you are coming from Parklawn then go up the hill and past the stop sign (alleyway) and itll be the second door on your left.

Honestly I thought I was getting a great honest service at first but then I discover something was wrong with my rear break pads which I recently had changed my self (not even 2 months a go), the guy at the front desk told me they where more than 50% gone. I knew that was false but didnt say anything at first but now my back brakes are make this weird noise and I believe the metal part from the pads are making contact with the rotors which is a big problem. Never gain. Please know what really goes on with your car before you bring it to a mechanic.

These guys are great. They are all super friendly and upstanding. Ive had them do some fairly significant work on my 2000 VW in the last two years and they did a great job and I felt totally secure about what I was getting, how necessary it was, and what I paid for it. As a single woman, Ive never felt like they were taking advantage of my ignorance; and quite the contrary, I feel like these guys are ready to watch out for my safety and best interest as vigilantly as my own father would.

Featured in the Washingtonian, got good Yelp reviews... why not? Went here to get a maintenance check for my car. They took care of everything, were inexpensive, and got the job done quickly. Biggest thing of all everyone I met there was extremely nice and made me feel at ease. Only thing Ill complain about is the waiting room doesnt have much air circulating so it gets hot inside if you have to wait on a summer afternoon. Definitely coming back. Thanks, guys!

My family has been going to this garage for probably 15 years... before they moved to a bigger location and now at the new location. It has always been a good experience. They are honest and friendly and do good work. Over the years they ahve serviced the following cars for us: Two toyotas, a honda, two mazdas, a volvo, and a nissan. Always the best work and honest prices/ labor. Really nice guys working there and you never have to worry about getting ripped off.

Ive been taking my cars to Juan for over 5 years and have been greatly impressed with his and his teams work. He never tries to sell you unnecessary or marginally necessary work and delivers your car promptly at very reasonable prices. Im sure that because of Juans honesty I have saved tons of money over the years. I hope he keeps up the good work and excellent interactions with his customers for a long time. I had an absolutely incredible experience with Al and the rest of his staff. Brought my car in for an inspection; they repaired it at a much lower price than I had gotten elsewhere, and even threw in a new inspection free of charge. The staff bent over backwards to help me out, and even gave me a ride to the metro station. Ill be going back as long as Im in the area.

This has become my new to-go place for all maintenance and mechanical repairs. The staff here are all knowledgeable and respectful, and they wont try to rip you off like many places. Note: Its always a good idea to call ahead for an appointment. Based on my experience, they wont be able to take walk-ins all the time.
