I was referred to Choice Auto Care by Cottman Transmissions. To sum my customer service experience up: Don Scott and his staff are a trustworthy, professional, polite and customer service driven TEAM. I went to Choice Auto Care because my check engine light was on, immediately they were able to diagnose and fix the problem, for a very comfortable price. It feels like a family environment when you enter his establishment and repair shop. Even though it was my first time there I am very observant, I watched the customers come and go, I seen how personable they feel, Choice Auto Care has a relationship with customers build on Trust. All ages and nationalities were in for either a service or advice, as I sat there, I said to myself, "I am in the right place." Being a woman it seems individuals are looking to take advantage of us or withhold necessary information when it comes to our vehicles, that has been a recent experience. I will continue to recommend, individuals in need of an automobile service as well as all my friends and family members to Choice Auto Care, and I truly believe they will not seek another Mechanic. Keep up the Excellent work Don, you are truly a Blessing. OKAY, I COULD NOT SUM IT UP!!!! "It is all True!"

I brought my car in without an appointment and asked for an estimate to for a broken thermostat. The man at the counter gave me an estimate that was at least $100 cheaper than some other estimates I received. Once I decided, based on the estimate, to have them do the repair, the man told me that it would be 90 mins before a mechanic will take a look. So, I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, I looked up and a mechanic was already pulling my car into the bay. After waiting about an hour for the repair, the mechanic came out and told me that he had repaired the problem and scanned for other problems and did not find any. Then, I went to the desk and I paid the exact amount as the estimate. I mean, they didnt try to add in anything. They stood by what the quoted and got the car done faster than they originally told me. I found my new shop.

You can always expect courteous service. The estimates of the time it will take and what it will cost. These estimates are very accurate. There are no surprises. They will keep you informed if anything else is of concern. We are very happy with Choice Auto Care. They have worked on our cars for years and have kept them in great working order. 1car is 27 years old. The other is 20 years old and the youngest is 9 years old. We love them!

I will follow Don and his team to the end of the earth. I have had my share of good mechanics in the past. Those mechanics were honest and pleasant. These guys actually care. Theyll listen to your problem, they will fix it and be honest about the prices. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I recommend Choice Auto Care to everyone in the Raleigh area. You couldnt find a nicer or more skilled bunch of people!

Awesome place! Choice Auto Care does fantastic work at a great price. The owner, Don, is very friendly and is great at providing customers excellent work at an honest price. His team is great and service is fast -- demonstrated by the strong relationship he has with local suppliers. Parts arrived onsite in less than 10 minutes. If you need auto work done in Raleigh, Choice Auto Care is THE place to go. Highly recommended.

These guys are 5 star for a reason. Brought my jeep in with a couple of issues, they were diagnosed quick, priced fairly, in on a Friday morning, out on a Friday night. I normally do my own repair work but am extremely happy I have a place I can rely on when I dont have the time or tools. The fairest and best place you can take your vehicle for repair or maintenance. Don and his team are friendly, polite, and great at what they do. The customer service is second to none, and the waiting room is always clean and comfortable. After just a few visits, I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Ive had nothing but problems with different auto shops throughout the area. I was skeptical of any shop in raleigh to be honest until I went here. Fair honest and extremely reasonable pricing. Excellent and clean shop. On two occasions now theyve fixed my vehicle for less than Id expected, with simple fixes they couldve easily trumped up in price. The owner helped me in the lobby and was extremely personable; nice to have finally found a shop I can trust.
