It was such a disappointment that ive been expecting they will at least tell me the truth, i called an hour before going to have an appointment but they said that i can actually "WALK-IN" i went there and told me that i have to wait for 30 minutes while the stylist was cutting the little boys hair after 30 mins. I came back and the stylist was cutting other customer already and told me to wait 15 more minutes. I dont mind the waiting, the thing that really pissed me off is they took another customer ahead of me, if that customer already went there ahead of time they couldve told me that after the little boy theres another one so i can give more ample time for them. I made this review to let the people works and manage the salon to fix their customer service and have at least a receptionist who will look at your face while it talks to you because that HELPS A LOT. Customer service is a key to make an establishment work. Im in HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT and i know how it feels if youre tired and all but theres no excuse to be rude, disrespectful and of course to lie.

I would def give it 0 stars if i could.. the stylist jen messed my hair up so bad it was missing big chunks and very uneven i had to pay and walk out and go over to regis to get it fixed!! The stylist there fixed it the best she could although my hair is way short! She did a wonderful job and saved my day!! I only went to mastercuts cuz im new in town and didnt kno where to go and it was right in the mall where i work at and there was no waiting time- however she had me in there almost 2 hrs!! Which would of been ok if it was the style i wanted or atleast a decent haircut! Not only was she slow and couldnt cut hair she acted as if she was drunk or high!! Worse place ever i wouldnt even let my dog get a haircut there!! But i must say the manager responded to my email within 24hrs and was very nice n understanding she said she was gonna refund my money and send me a gift certificate to use at regis when my hair grew back so i could get it fixed the right way so we will see if i get it... MY ADVICE IS DONT GO HERE UNLESS U JUS NEED UR HEAD SHAVED!!

the new manager needs a few courses in customer service. She trimmed my husbands beard without telling him it was $10!! The most weve ever been charged in the MB area is $3. Then, when he brought it to her attention that it was way too much for the service plus she didnt tell him first, she said it was corporate policy. We used to have his and both of our boys hair cut at MC. Never again. So, for a whopping $7 profit, she lost at least 5 haircuts xs 3 people x $15 +tip just from now until December. $225 over a $7 rip-off. Way to go!! ;-) Your corporate must be so proud of your customer service and mgmt. skills. (coming from someone with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Small Business). If I worked in corporate, youd be fired tomorrow.

The back of my hair is so messed up and uneven. They way it was styled was hard to tell when she showed me but when I straighten it out, absolutely horrible, looks like my toddler cut it. Very disappointed, get what you pay for I guess
