I have ALWAYS been a firehouse fan and since Ive been pregnant, I eat it even more! I go at least three times a week and always get the same exact thing.. this location, unfortunately is the closest to my house so this is my regular firehouse subs spot. I would say 75% of the time my order is made wrong. Today they actually said we didnt get your call in order... Then, After I looked amazed by this for a couple minutes they said "oh we have it". Well they had part of it,, but again made my order wrong... after numerous fails of my sub being made incorrectly, I decided to call and complain. This isnt something I enjoy doing as I work in the service industry myself and know what it sometimes can be like. After my complaint I was told next time to tell them my name when I place my order. Well I have not told them my name to bring my complaint up once again because I dont feel comfortable in that I should complain then place an order to get a discount on my food to be made.. its hard to ruin firehouse subs, but Im tired of paying for something I didnt want on my sub... please get it together firehouse of powdersville...

We order here often, especially from work and today was Horrible as far as my experience goes. I walked to the counter to order and two girls were chatting behind the counter. I said hey very friendly, expecting a "hey " or how are you in return.... Welll i got nothing - then one of the girls proceed to walk to the register to take my order and does not say a word to ask how are you , what can i get for you. NOTHING. She just bulked her eyes at me like go ahead order but would not speak. I said are you not going to speak or at least acknowledge i said hello or anything.. she just cocked her head like order -- so then i said you are so rude and she called for her friend that was sweeping to come take my order bc she cant deal with me.... Let me tell you... that girl needs to be fired. The other girl that came to replace her was VERY friendly and apologized for her friends RUDE attitude and was very sweet and trying to make things right. I am thankful for the way she apologized for the other girls wrong actions but i strongly recommend that something be done to the rude employee... she just completely threw me off.

Well where do I start??? I go in the store looks nice and but the dude that was behind the reregister was about as dumb as a box of rocks due to the facts he knew nothing about the menu at all. I love beef brisket so I order the brisket and cheddar sub I read the sign and asked is pork on the sandwich get home ate almost half of it to find out it had bacon on it and the menu says nothing about bacon!!!! I already had given this store the benefit of the doubt due to seeing a little roach on the way in the door but just considered he came in from outside!!! This was my second time eating here ever and I dont think Ill be back to This store at least !!! Im not the complaining type because Im a GEC at fast food place myself but Im pissed because Im 8mths pregnant and hungry because Ive thrown everything i ate from there up. I will be calling tomorrow to complain because when we spend $40 for subs we expect quality not roaches and bacon!!!!

I was with a group of 4 friends the first friend got her sub. It had a long black hair. She took it to the people making the subs and the guy pulled he out and handed it back to her like she was suppose to eat it. GROSS! The second girls sub came out it had another black hair in the sub! One of my friends went to tell the manager and he asked if it was a blonde hair acting like it was hers and told her she had to bring it up to him but we had already given BOTH subs with hair back to the workers. It was so gross and the manager did nothing to make it better. I love firehouse subs but this was totally gross and i dont know if we will be back in a while! NONE of us wanted to eat our subs and we all checked them once we got them back!

we came in with 7 people 20 mins before they closed. normally that would be an understandable trigger for those workers, these workers were very kind and understanding, even when i broke a hot sauce on the clean floor. These people deserve all five stars.

Sub places are all over, but this place has the best subs. You pay for the meat not the just a salad on bread. The prices are reasonable, subs are served heated, and the staff is always friendly.

Firehouse has some of the best subs in the area this one is no different. All of the hot sauces they have at least 20 different ones the firehouse brand Datil pepper sauce is excellent

Food is always great but the customer service is horrible. Most look miserable and dont listen to the customer.
