First off, terrible customer service everyone always seems as if they are far too busy to answer any questions you might have about their so called service. Secondly - Benton County Cable? More like Camden cable. According to their sales team, they have no intention of moving their services beyond Camden so the rest of us in Benton County are just up a creek without any kind of decent, reliable service. Way to service your community.

To bad I cant leave zero stars...from a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard, do not buy internet services from Benton county cable! when the manager hangs up the phone on you and threatens you with the police when you try to talk to him, is when you know to go somewhere else.

Tv service is ok. Not the best but ok. Internet on the other hand is expensive and very slow. We were paying 89.00 for 24 mbps and Several Hbo,Showtime and Cinemax channels. We also had stream pixels and on demand. Quite disappointed here. Looking into better service.

Beyond overpriced for the speeds they offer. If they make a mistake, you will pay for it and they will not try to make it right. Install for wireless was 140 and still have to pay for equipment rental... Its not hard to run cable and mount a small dish.

The ladies that answer the phone are perfectly polite. Cant really review service because the owner is too busy making over a million dollars a year to give estimates to new customers in over a weeks time. Not someone I really want to do business with.

in the last year or so they went up to 15/5. their service has been rock steady and fast. only time it goes down is when someone takes down a pole or something like that. lately, it doesnt even slow on evenings. streaming movies is a breeze.

Good service. The office was helpful and the dude that did our install was friendly. The only time we had a problem was our fault. Our dog chewed the wire. Guy came out on the weekend and fixed us up.
