Worst Customer Service. One week after Mediacom was connected my old phone number from ATT still has not been ported over. Im paying two bills while waiting on the number to be ported over. I call on Saturday to check on the problem, again! This is the first time I am switched to a third party to verify the switch. I am told I will have no phone until the switch is made and will not be able to dial 911. I would not verify that I wanted the switch until I was told how long it would be until I had phone service again. The third party would not say anything to me but I need to verify that you want the switch. She hung up on me without giving me any information. I have spent too much of my time on the phone with customer service that ended with no results to deal with this company.

The company mediacom has to be the worst internet provider I have ever had I pay for 50mps speed and Im getting .35. How this company gets away with this is beyond me. I cant wait till Comcast moves in and runs them out of business!

This company is a rip off they up price for worse service since they went digital my cable never works all day without interruptions this B.S internet service cuts in &out!! pittyful will not recommend to anyone!!!
